Tour noted that starts at 9:00 a.m but till previous evening they mailed: change to 10:00 a.m. In fact, when we arrived on time, we had to wait for other people, finally tour started at 10:55 a.m!!! They noted: professional guide while we got just a rude driver can speak a little English such as: This is Sevan lake, you have 40 minutes here. Then he dropped us and picked us up to go to another place. He said nothing about the places except: "it rained and cold, the parking fee is expencive, do you want to go or not?". Can you imagine? His responsibility is taking us there, parking fee is belong to his job, he asked but wanted us not to go! Then he showed us to the most awful restaurant I have ever eaten. Very very expensive and worst taste. When I went to pay, he rushed to talk with the owner of restaurant that we are his client so he got the commission. He is driver but he gave cognac wine to ask if anyone to drink?! He can't be professional guide, My Gosh! When I complained to Tranquil Holidays, they said it's local management and they did nothing! This is the worst tour in my life I have ever got experience. People please don't choose this agent!

I hate to complain. Sites were nice. It was frustrating not to have a guide or driver that spoke English. They skipped the two best sites we booked for - the resort and tram ride and the monastery there. No explanation. I think they just ran out of daylight. Maybe this tour ok in long days summer. Didn’t work in the fall
