Unfortunately, the company bought us tickets to enter the Sultan's Palace only for 6:30 p.m. Our bus was supposed to take us back and be at the bus stop at 7 p.m. Our group members had tickets entrances for 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m., but ours were for 6:30 That's why our tour guide had to take part of the group to the palaces and leave them there, then to come back for us. We ran very quickly and didn't have time to see anything because we were about to miss the bus, and it was all chaotic and not very pleasant. We bought tickets more than a month in advance here at Viator, but unfortunately, it turned out that the tickets to the palaces were sold to us at the very last minute for 6:30 pm., we entered the palace, and everyone has to be on the bus already, so the experience was not very pleasant, unfortunately, and the company should take note of this and next time buy people tickets for at least 5 PM if their bus leaves at seven, so we don't give five stars, we only give two stars.

Juan was a wonderful guide to this beautiful city. His passion for Andalusia was contagious as he shared history, farming and cultural information. Alhambra was overwhelming but delightful.

Juanjo was a wonderful guide as very pleasant and answered any questions people might have or offered to help. He always had a smile on his face and listened carefully to peoples requests or comments. Bus driver was diligent and kind and got us there and back safely. Santiago was guide at Alhambra and was good as well but on a strict schedule. Lots of nonstop walking once in Alhambra - 2.5 hours without palaces. Itinerary 10:25 left Malaga and the stop for coffee and toilet 30 mins. 12:30 arrive at top near Alhambra for meeting point. Walked down into Granada and quickly showed us where to catch bus and then plaza for lunch places. We ate at Manuelas near church for tapas. Meatballs were fist size and 2 Euros. Bus up at 3:30 to meeting point and started Alhambra tour at 4 til 6:30. Palace group continued while we exited and went back to meeting point and enjoyed refreshments above in restaurant. Left at 7:30 and back to Malaga around 9.

It was a great tour but it was a lot of quick walking. Some in our party had issues keeping up. We did see all there was to see- but more info before starting about timing of the various parts would have made it easier to plan accordingly.

It was a well organized trip overall. The guide in Alhambra was knowledgeable and interesting. Be prepared to spend long time walking, but it is certainly worth it.
