Minus the flat tire that delayed our trip, the experience was decent though rushed since museums closed at 4-5pm and it takes an hour plus to arrive. We were caught in traffic on the way back and missed our dinner reservations. It was nice to see the country side, but I’m not sure I would recommend to a colleague.

My son and I had planned to visit Gruyere on our own as he wanted to visit the HR Giger museum. I stumbled across this tour to Gruyère and decided to sign up. Had a great time at the cheese factory, the castle tour was well worth the visit. We were given plenty of free time to see the HR Giger museum and the bar along with having a delicious lunch of fondue. Unfortunately the chocolate factory was undergoing maintenance that day but our guide was able to take us to a second chocolatier where we could still make our own candy. All in all, a great excursion and would highly recommend to others.

Totally enjoyed this excursion. Gabor was the perfect guide - so knowledgeable and informative. His vehicle was clean spacious and comfortable. The itinerary was well planned. And the sights are a must for travellers in the area - the village of Gruyère is beautiful and charming, the award winning fondue lunch was delicious . The cheese and chocolate factory tours were very interesting and we loved all the samples! Highly recommend this excursion!!
