1.00The tour itself was well organized: we saw the Northern Lights and the guide really did many kilometers to take us to the right point. Nothing to say about that. However, considering that it is one of the most expensive tours in Rovaniemi, the overall experience was ruined by the final management and customer service. At the end of the tour there was a photographer who took several photos of us. We then received the pictures, but the pictures of my girlfriend alone were completely missing. There's my individual and couple photos, but hers isn't. We passed in person at the office and were told “we will let you know”. Since then we have written several times to have clarifications or receive the missing photos, but we have never received any response. For a tour of this price and level, such an absent assistance after payment is unacceptable. Too bad, because with a little extra attention it would have been an excellent experience.

1.00Terrible experience, tour cancelled two days in a row while other companies were going out seeing aurora. Cancelled with one hour in advance both the times, I had to change my entire holiday plans and ruined my holiday. Terrible customer service.
