  I booked this trip half a year in advance, and about a month before departure, CS staff Ulla reached out to me via WhatsApp to confirm the itinerary. As this was my first time visiting Finland, I had many questions and could not find much information myself. Ulla patiently answered everything, provided clear guidance, and showed an exceptionally professional and caring attitude. Her support gave me great confidence before the trip and made me feel very well taken care of. However, during the tour there were some issues. When boarding the bus, we were not informed that no guide would accompany us, and many people from different groups boarded the wrong bus. At Santa Claus Village, the guide asked us to go to Husky Park on our own, but the driver did not take us there. Without knowing the itinerary clearly, it was easy to get separated from the guide because of the crowd. At Husky Park, each family should have their own sled, but we were arranged to share with another family. It took a long time to resolve, and the local staff seemed annoyed and refused to help us take photos. After Husky Park, the rest of the itinerary was smooth and very satisfying. It would be even better if we could have one more hour to queue at the post office and buy souvenirs.

  It is quite an interesting trip with most of the highlights of a trip to Rovaneimi covered (other than the Northern Lights). Visiting Santa's office and getting a private audience with him, a reindeer ride, a husky ride, plus some associated activities. The beauty is all activities are precooked, hence hardly any waiting times. The door to door time is 6 hours. The underlying catalysing denominator of this tour which left us with the WOW factor was our guide Aneeq Bokhari. It was a solo trip, and the way he waded through the challenges with seemingly effortless ease demonstrated his professionalism and complete knowledge of the dynamics at the park. This coupled with his personalisation and empathy made our trip to Santa's Village a memorable experience

  The company were brilliant. We had a fantastic day with our tour guide collecting us promptly from the hotel, staying with us for the day. We were taken to see Santa, reindeer ride, lunch and husky ride. Having a guide made sure we were in the right place at the right time and we didn't have to wait long. Communication on the run up to and the day was excellent and speedy. Thank you for making everything run so smoothly. Would highly recommend .

  Booking in advance was the best idea, ot includes skipping long queues, a personal guide which is very helpful as the place is big and can be overwhelming with big crowds, we got clear instructions whilst having the best day ever.We had a tour guide called Aneeq, he was so helpful and gave us the best possible experience. Thank you Aneeg !

  Very nice tour. Ivan was very prompt and was able to guide us thoroughly . Meeting Santa as surreal ;) Wish the lunch was somewhere else for this price. The lunch was bad . There were flies sitting on the food. Husky ride was good but just one round.
