  When we came to the pick up place 15 min before time, I see an email about that we were 1 hour too late. But that was because they forgot to tell us that the pick up time was changed. The lady in the office told us we could get the money back, of course we should have the money back because it was a mistake they did, but we wanted the tour, that’s why we booked the tour. I am not at all patience in this situation. I just regret that we did not picked another company. We were in Oure hotel 2 min away, and we really can’t understand why they didn’t just called us. And I really don’t like the way they are treating the quilting about this mistake, the lady in your office just blaming GetYourGuide company, the place where we have bought the trip (which we had done so many times before). I can’t use that blaming for nothing, it is your company that has chosen to use GetYourGuide and then it is up to you to make things happen correctly or drop the corporations. This was our chance’s once in the lifetime. We have been travelling all over the world and have done so many recommendations and 95% of them are always good, but this time it will not. We are so disappointed.

  We had an amazing snowmobile experience in Rovaniemi, and honestly, Joona was one of the best guides we’ve had on any trip. He was so patient, kind, and always ready to help us. He made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable, especially beginners, and explained everything clearly. He treated us really well and made the whole trip fun and memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment. Our only regret is that we didn’t have cash with us to give him a tip, because he really deserved it. If you’re planning to go snowmobiling in Rovaniemi, I 100% recommend Joona. You won’t be disappointed!

  

• Snowmobiling with BBQ

  We attended this activity as a family of 5, it took a good 6hours in all. First stop was at the city centre office where the ladies provided us with the clothing, boots and helmets. Then the lovely elf took us to the bus transport to the place with the snowmobiles. It took about 35-40 min from Rovaniemi. Once we arrived there, we were separated in groups of 8 people I think. Our guide was Alexei from Moldova and he was very clear in his instructions how to drive the snowmobile. The drive was for about 1 hour taking us through forest, then at the middle of the journey we stopped on a lake, had some time for pictures and then continue with the driving on the lake and through the forest again. Alexei was checking us all the time if any issues, stopped to explained and reassured us and mainly to enjoy ourselves. At the end, we were taken to the bbq area where lovely Russian chaps prepared delicious hotdogs and we rested in the tents around the fire. There was a farm near by where we saw the reindeer and we explored a little bit around. Mobile toilets on site and a cafe near by. We had to wait until the next group of people arrived from Rovaniemi. All in all was great experience, will do it again!

  Aleksi was very helpful to those that got stuck and needed help. Fun ride with some slow and some fast. Did it solo and enjoyed it! Good value for the money. I had a bike to myself and the price was excellent. Recommend using a go pro or other hands free camera because it’s hard to ride and record. Directions weren’t always good for me (getting ready or after the ride) because I think most people are traveling in pairs or groups.

  It was a unique and exceptional experience, the diversity of guides in the team of Arctic GM experience allowed us to be in an exclusively French group with a French guide to facilitate exchanges. -The BBQ a real plus for a convivial moment! -the equipment provided was of high quality.   Our tour was so much fun from start to finish! Our tour guide Daniel was very knowledgeable and funny, he made sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing before we left on the snow mobiles and kept a close eye on us to make sure no one was left behind or got hurt. We loved driving through the forest and over the frozen lake and got to switch drivers half way through. I was very nervous to try but Daniel made me feel a lot better about it. The bbq after (hot dogs) around the fire was good too, the other passengers on our ride were a lot of fun and our guide even played music for us on the way back and we all had a sing along together. 10/10 recommend!

  We organized our tours with this agency and enjoyed it very much. The experience in crazy motorbike sledding, dog sledding and bbq just as beautiful (I would improve the location - the tent where we were offered the hot dog was dark and smelled a lot of smoke - the facilities where they keep the dogs were a bit 'dirty, I expected greater care) the guys who accompanied us all very good! Bruno was an excellent guide and so was our compatriot Sofia who accompanied us to see the aurora. They provide you with all the equipment and nice office of Rovaniemi are all very good and kind.always available hot drinks and chocolates ❤️

  We started from Rovaniemi and after about 40 minutes we reached the point where the Our snowmobiles. The staff explained the driving rules very well, they were kind and professional, as well as always attentive. A beautiful ride, long enough. At the end we reached a barbecue area and entered a Kota with in the center of the fire to warm up and savor hot dogs. The only negative note we were in so many parties from Rovaniemi (full bus) so the operations of dressing rather chaotic. Snowmobile groups, on the other hand, consisted of about 5 snowmobiles per group. For the barbecue instead we found ourselves all together. Overall very positive experience.
