An Adventure to Remember

The snowmobile ride lasts about an hour, with a total tour time of three hours. Warm up by a crackling fire, enjoy sausages, and sip warm juice.

Children younger than 15 years travel in a sled pulled by the guide’s snowmobile

The driver must be able to present the driving license and sign a liability waiver

Each snowmobile fits two; solo riders must buy two tickets for their own ride

This tour was poorly managed with too many people and no clear communication so lots of waiting for confused people. Our original time was delayed by and hour then the bus left another hour late then broke down leaving us to do our tour in the dark. No one tells you what’s going on and no one knows what’s going on. I would recommend using another company.

Really bad experience with them. First to say is that I cancelled a tour in the refundable period and they did not give my money back after almost 20 days. I made q lot of contacts and complaints but they don't even answer now!!!! But the worst thing is the other tour I did. It was the Snowmobiling. They lie in the website conditions saying the groups are maximum 5 bikes (we were 8). They lie saying the bus is a modern one (standard, 50 people). But the worst thing is the experience of our 6 year-old kid and others that were travelling in the children's sled. Not only because it is not well prepared and they've frozen, but because in the middle of te experience... THE SLED BROKE!!!! We were waiting for a solution 40 minutes ind the middle of nowhere and, at the end, the children returned in guides snowbikes, really slow, making our tour not fun at all at any moment. This is incredible. A lot of people wanted to complain. I did! Never again with this company.

Lovely experience. By mistake, we confused with the arrival time and ended up missing the time. The company committed itself to remarketing our trip at no cost, which brought us a lot of joy. The tour was amazing, cold clothes were all provided (even boots, gloves and balaclava). The bus responsible for the transfer was super warm and comfortable. The guide, a French boy (maybe Tan guy his name) was an extra experience. He was extremely friendly, very kind and well-humored the way that the Brazilians like. At the end, there was a very tasty hot dog with hot drinks (tea and chocolate), and we could still appreciate some renesans that live in the place. There were also some very traditional huts with fireplace to warm us up while we waited for the bus, which didn't take long to return. I highly recommend the experience.

We had a lovely time. Everything was very well organized. For the children (8 and 6 years old) was also a nice experience. They had fun. Views and the route were beautiful. We went to a frozen lake about 30 min by bus from the office.

After receiving the equipment we drove about 30 minutes by car to the actual “place”. There we were able to warm up with a hot dog and tea/hot chocolate (all very delicious!) by fire. Subsequently, we got the briefing and then more or less already left. The pure journey time is 1 hour (where a driver change may take place after 30 minutes). Afterwards we were brought back to Rovaniemi to the office. The process went smoothly. On the tour we were snowmobiles with guide 5, which was relaxed. It was nice to have had a stop to see the Northern Lights and to be able to take pictures. Had a good time and enjoyed the tour very much. Everyone was very nice:)

The snowmobile ride was exhilarating and so fun! Didn’t expect it to be so easy to ride. It was fun going across the lake. It felt like time just flew by going on the snowmobile 10km through the forest path and across the lake. Highly recommend!

It was a very cool experience. The guides were very nice and very competent. We all enjoyed it (8-45 years) a lot. I would definitely stay again. After the ride there were grilled HotDogs (also vegetarian!!) and hot drinks.
