What To Expect
Bavaro Racing Punta Cana
After pickup and transportation to the buggy ranch, your group will gather to receive brief health and safety instructions from our friendly, knowledgeable tour guide. Then get in your buggy and buckle up because it is time to have fun! In rally style in a caravan, you will travel on rough roads between forests and lush tropical gardens, making a stop at an organic farm. There, you will have an opportunity to taste and learn about Dominican treasures like coffee, green tea, chocolate, mamajuana, and cigars. You will then drive to the next stop on the tour--a 25 ft. deep water cave. After some time enjoying this hidden gem and its refreshing waters, you will follow your tour guide as you drive to the spectacular Macao Beach. Relax and enjoy the waves and sand, surrounded by limestone cliffs, before driving back to the buggy ranch where transportation will be waiting to return you to your pickup location.

5.00This experience was amazing. By far the best ATV ride experience I’ve had. The tour guide was excellent and funny. Would definitely recommend. I went into the ride wanting to have fun on the buggy’s and get muddy… the experience far exceeded my expectations.

5.00Considering the price per person, this is a pretty good deal. You will get extremely muddy and dirty, so don’t wear any clothes you care about! From start to finish you will be pressured into buying things, just say no. We had kids squirt water on our legs without us knowing, and then demand money…? Just for us to get dirty again after. Remember, nothing is free (except the samples at the “farm”.) The only thing worth purchasing on this excursion is water if you didn’t bring your own, and the pictures at the end. The complaints you see in other reviews are somewhat accurate but probably just people that’ll complain about everything. For fifty-ish bucks you get an almost full day adventure, that’s a win for me. As someone who has never driven a buggy, it was a huge learning curve as the steering was very vague and the buggies are somewhat run down. At times the driving was very sketchy; driving near busses and other large vehicles, or across highways. Our tour guide was a nice guy, every now and then he did a head count to make sure he didn’t lose anyone. The cave to go swimming was cool to look at but I personally wouldn’t jump in. It was crowded with hundreds of people jumping into the same small area of murky water. If you’re adventurous and aren’t super anal this is 100% worth it!

5.00This experience was truly amazing. The tour guides did everything to make it enjoyable. They were friendly and very patient. There was enough time for each stop and we didn’t feel rushed.
