You have discovered the perfect get away spot at Amoray (Amoré). Our dive resort has a relaxed feel. Pass palm trees and Tiki huts to board our custom 45-power catamaran with large deck and plenty of seating. This half-day snorkel adventure includes two reef locations in and around the Florida Marine Sanctuary and Pennekamp State Park, part of the 3rd largest barrier reef in the world. Expect to see beautiful corals and abundant sea life. We supply water and light snacks. There is a large cooler with ice if you would like to bring additional drinks or food. Snorkel locations are weather and conditions depended. Our captains are experts in finding the best spots for the day. Come to Amoray Dive Resort and enjoy our hospitality. Peace, Love, Diving!

What To Expect
Board our 45-ft snorkel catamaran for an adventure out on the 3rd largest barrier reef in the world and only living coral reef in America. This 4-hour, 2 reef location Snorkel excursion includes a boat ride through John Pennekamp State Park out to the Florida Marine Sanctuary. Enjoy our spacious boat with plenty of seating and shade. Our expert captain will find the best two spots for snorkeling based on the conditions of the day. Expect to see beautiful coral reefs and abundant sea life. 3.00Good tour. The divers kind of take over the boat so you dont really have space as a snorkeler. It was actually kind of annoying. You will appreciate being on another tour where there are just snorkelers. This is a boat for divers only. You have to tip each person separately which is weird. They are all a crew that work together but they all have thier own tip jars.

5.00We felt very safe on the boat and everyone was very helpful. The kids (twins, 10) got vests or swim noodles, pretzels and water was also provided. The crew was relaxed and fun but professional. Snorkeling the reef was a magical experience! We got to see a shark, rays, lots of colorful little fishies everywhere! :)

5.00We had a wonderful time swimming and snorkelling in the coral reef - saw some beautiful marine life, even swam with a turtle! The staff were so wonderful and supportive! A very friendly bunch plus some great tunes played on the boat! We would definitely recommend this trip to others

2.00Company I booked with transferred me to another company. Start time got pushed back. Second company did not have snacks, and first company advertised snacks. Vibe from boat crew wasn’t as fun and exciting as other snorkeling trips I’ve been on. Someone fainted after the first stop, so trip was cut short. Requested partial refund and was told that would come in a few days. Seeing Jesus statue under water was very cool.

5.00This tour was exceptionally well-organized, with plenty of time dedicated to both snorkeling or diving. Each stop featured unique underwater scenery and an variety of marine life. The boat was spacious and not overcrowded, with ample shaded seating available for those needing a break from the sun. Snacks and water (as well as reef safe sunscreen, shampoo, and conditioner) were provided, which was a nice touch. The staff truly stood out—they were professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful with gear and getting in and out of the water. You can tell they really know what they’re doing. Highly recommend!

5.00The boat was very full of scuba divers and gear but we had a great experience snorkeling. The water was very clear and the weather was perfect. They supply everything you need. When we first arrived on the property to meet the boat there aren’t and instructions where to go. But you check in at the main office just like if you were staying in one of their hotel rooms. 4.00This was supposed to be a half-day catamaran snorkeling trip, and technically, it was. The snorkeling gear was just what you'd expect from a rental—fine, but nothing great. If you have your own gear, I’d definitely recommend bringing it. The staff was mostly friendly, but a couple of the crew members—especially the captain and the guy handling announcements—just didn’t seem very welcoming. As beginner snorkelers, we didn’t feel super acknowledged or encouraged, which was a letdown. Maybe they’re used to working with divers more than snorkelers, but still—it would’ve been nice to feel a little more included. Now, for the good part: the snorkeling spots were beautiful. We saw tons of colorful fish—the kind you’d usually see in a saltwater tank. My son even spotted a couple of sharks, and we saw some turtles too. I’ve had better snorkeling experiences overall, but my son had a blast, and that’s what made it worth it in the end.
