  It is with a heavy heart that I feel compelled to write a negative review about a local experience, as I am always supportive of local enterprise and initiative. However, the participants’ safety was potentially compromised during our ebike tour, and others need to be aware of this, before making their choice. • Our 10am tour didn’t start until 11am due to punctures on 2 of the bikes – this meant a lot of waiting around, and cycling during the hottest part of the day, which we had tried to avoid • Part-way into the tour, it became evident that the brakes didn’t work on one of the bikes! This could have caused an accident, and involved more waiting for repairs. • 10 minutes later, the guide’s mudguard dislodged, sending him over the handlebars. Luckily, he wasn’t badly injured, and managed to re-secure the mudguard with a “twig”, and bathed his hands in the sea. • It then became apparent that the pedal-assist function on one of the bikes wasn’t working at all and the rider had to cope without it for the rest of the tour, ruining the experience of riding an ebike! • Some time later, when following the guide up a short, but steep and extremely rocky incline, a rider fell off her bike, grazing her shins, which bled and needed attention – but to our amazement, our guide had no first aid kit! • There was no water provided, as described. • There was virtually no information, historical or local facts provided during the tour, and we didn’t visit the fort, which should have been included in the tour.

  He didn’t pick us up as promised and he said that the half day trip was only 2 hours Bradley didn’t take us to the places as promised

  Zero would be a more accurate score. The tour guide was a young guy who admitted he had only been doing this a couple weeks. He was weaving in and out of heavy traffic in the city. It was very dangerous. He then led me out on a busy trash strewn highway. Next an ugly beach. This was the worst bike tour I’ve ever taken and I’ve done a lot. Avoid this company at all cost.

  We loved every part of it! Our tour guides made it fun and interactive and they were soooo patient! The bike itself was so fun to ride. When that breeze hits your face and you’re cruising looking at the beautiful scenery, it’s magical!

  Awesome tour! The tour guides are very knowledgable and went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. We loved it! Highly recommend!

  Amazing tour, fun and exciting. Once you get the hang of the bike, it’s really simple to use and makes for a great experience. Bike riding experience needed. Tour guides did great explaining how to use the bikes and took us to some great view areas. They also did an awesome job of making sure the ride was safe. Great way to see parts of the island. I would definitely do it again. 100% recommend.
