  We had an excellent experience with Wael. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with us as we tried to capture many pictures to get our perfect memories. Highly recommend Wael. He also helped us with some great buys through authentic stores. The driver was also great and overall a five star experience.

• Disappointing from start to finish

  Unfortunately, our experience with this tour was disappointing from start to finish. Here are the key issues we faced: 1. Poor Instructions: There was no clear guidance on where to meet or how to identify our guide, such as a car with a logo or someone holding a sign. This caused unnecessary confusion. 2. Unprofessional Timing: Our reservation was confirmed for 10:00 AM, but no one was present at the meeting location. The guide eventually showed up at 11:00 AM, a full hour late, without explanation or apology. 3. Unwanted Shopping Stop: Although we booked a guided tour of the Giza pyramids, the guide, Hanan, diverted us to a perfume shop. She spoke to someone there, identifying us as American tourists. The shopkeeper then proceeded with a sales demo, which was uncomfortable and irrelevant to the tour we had paid for. When we objected, she seemed indifferent. 4. Unexpected Charges: Hanan asked us to cover parking fees, entry fees for the car, and even tickets for the driver. These costs should have been clearly communicated upfront or included in the package price. 5. Poor Guidance: Hanan provided minimal information and did not engage with us. She seemed uninterested and did not contribute meaningfully to the experience. 6. Shortened Tour: Despite booking a half-day tour, the actual time spent at the pyramids and the Sphinx combined was around an hour, most of which was spent driving around instead of exploring on foot. 7. Included Amenities Not Provided: The package promised bottled water, but we had to specifically ask for it, which should not have been necessary. Overall, this tour felt like a waste of time and money. The lack of professionalism and focus on upselling left us with a sour impression. I would not recommend this tour to anyone seeking a genuine and enjoyable experience at the Giza pyramids.

  **Amazing Summer (guide's name) Winter Tour Experience!** From the very beginning, Summer had us completely captivated with her fascinating stories about ancient Egypt. She’s incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable, making every moment of the tour a memorable one. She gave us the best advice on what to do (and what *not* to do), and even helped us navigate the local traders, haggling on our behalf to make sure we got the best deals. She is familiar with thè staff at the sites which got us thru with ease. Her attention to detail and her warm, welcoming personality made the experience feel personal and unique. You absolutely can’t go wrong with Summer as your guide. In fact, we were so impressed that we’re already planning to book our next tours with her. Highly recommended!

  Anan is the perfect guide for the Giza pyramids. She is reliable, knowledgeable, and very engaging. All of the hassles and uncertainties that we could have faced disappeared. Anan responded to our interests at the same time that she opened new ideas and issues for us. All the while, she is a delightful companion.
