What To Expect
Pyramids of Giza
Pick Up from the Requested Location by your tour guide ( If the hotel is out of range driver will make the pick up) to start your Journey across Cairo heading to the Great Pyramids of Giza where you will enjoy The pyramid of King Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Then, the tour will continue by vising the Valley Temple of Khafre, where is located the reception of the royal body of Khafre. The Valley Temple was built for the process of mummification of King Khafre. Finally, you will have a close-up look of the Great Sphinx, the guardian of the Pyramids with a body of a lion and the head of King Khafre. (please note that entering the pyramids from inside requires a special ticket, the guide will be happy to assist).
Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu)
Khufu's pyramid is the only wonder of the ancient seven wonders still remains and standing today!! the highest building on earth for more than 3800 Years, the complex consists of a valley temple, now buried beneath the village of Nazlet el-Samman; diabase paving and nummulitic limestone walls have been found but the site has not been excavated yet, with your advanced Egyptologist you will be able to explore the entire area.(Please note that entering the great pyramid from inside requires special ticket, guide will be happy to assist)

5.00Our guide, Wael, took us on wonderful tour of the pyramids and sphinx. It was very hot which made our visit uncomfortable. There was an extra cost to ride the camels and horse carriage and at the end, Wael brought us to a gallery showcasing papyrus paintings. We weren’t expecting this but it was a pleasant surprise. The sphinx and pyramids were truly the highlight of our trip in Egypt!

5.00Mostafa was an excellent tour guide. We learned so much in such a short time. Haithem was an amazing driver, making us feel safe and comfortable at all times. Not only were we able to see Cairos wonders of the world, but were able to see Egyptian living by taking us to 2 local oli and papyrus shops. Afterwards we also had lunch at a restaurant and enjoyed some Egyptian cuisine. We can’t thank both Mostafa and Haithem enough for all their hospitality!

3.00This tour is great to see the Pyramids and Sphinxes. Our tour guide contacted us the day before confirming the trip and we were picked up promptly. We didn’t have to queue when we got the the plateau and boarded the buses quickly. We chose the option for the tour guide, car, camel ride and entry tickets. The duration said 4 hours but we were done within 2 hours which was fine but felt like we were rushed at some points. The tour and reviews boast about the tour guides being photographers but our guide Asma was a bit reluctant and so we found our photo opportunities were very short. We opted out of the shopping where we were asked to go to a Papyrus, spices and perfume shop which we kindly declined as it stated optional during the booking. I would recommend this tour to avoid getting scammed and the wealth of knowledge shred however perhaps with another guide as we felt ours rushed us.
