Then, take a camel ride before driving down the plateau for a visit to the Sphinx.

Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu)
The Great Pyramid of Cheops, also known as the Pyramid of Khufu, is the largest and most impressive of the three pyramids on the Giza Plateau. Standing at 146.6 meters (481 feet), it was the tallest man-made structure in the world for over 3,800 years. Built as a tomb for the Pharaoh Khufu, it is a testament to ancient Egyptian engineering and precision. The pyramid originally featured a smooth limestone casing, reflecting sunlight and giving it a brilliant appearance. 4.00Good - Pick up on time in a car with AC - Dr Fatima was very knowledgeable and friendly - Organised the camel ride and all the transport - Got great pictures and saw everything we wanted - Took us to the Papyrus store to talk to her friend about Papyrus Bad - Guide did not provide proper sit down lunch even though it was paid so. Grabbed takeaway and told us to eat it in the car as we go dropped off - Had her cousins join us as part of the tour. She ended up having them join and spent time chit chatting which felt uncomfortable. We booked a private tour, not a drop in session! Overall I'd say it was a good day out, got to see the sights and had a nice time

5.00The guide and driver were waiting for us at the hotel to begin our tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and looked after us well. The tour includes a camel ride, visits to the pyramids, entrance inside and visit to the sphinx. The driver returned to pick us up when requested and we had lunch which we chose as a takeaway to be able to take back to our hotel.

5.00The company Misk Tours and our guide, Ahmed were just the most amazing!! Ahmed has the most amazing knowledge when it comes to the Pyramids, the complex in Giza and also of Cairo and Egypt as a whole. His approach to the tour was just on another level and we felt like we were being shown the pyramids by a family member. If we knew they were this good we would have booked all our tours across Egypt with them. I highly recommend them and Ahmed! I would give them more stars if I could!
