Good guide but very bad driver

2.00The guide is good, but the driver is horrible and nightmare. Pick us up late more than 20 minutes, and drive from new Cairo, he stop 1 time for restroom and 2 stop ( 1 stop we have to wait for him to smoke and drink coffee about 49 minutes) for himself to smoke. On the way he drove us back, he stopped 3 times for himself on the side of the road and smoke and ZERO stop for restroom, he didn’t know the way to go back our hotel, and he ask my husband open GPS and help him. He been driving around and lost and run out of gas. We ask him drop us off somewhere so we can take Uber to go back to hotel, he refuse. Finally he have to stop to filled up gas so we decided to get off right away and call uber, he demanded tips for him because we was tipping the tour guide a lot. No no tip for him, lucky we doing ok . He is very reckless driver

5.00Wonderful day trip from start to end, first Ali the driver picked up us right on time then drove us to Alexandria he is very good driver and communication was great then met with our guide Reem she’s very knowledgeable and well organised, our tour went very smoothly, she took us to a beautiful local restaurant had very nice lunch, Reem she’s been a great tour guide and our driver Ali a great guy and we became friends. Thank you both for this wonderful and memorable trip.

3.00Alexandria is nice and worth the long trip. The guide was pretty bad. He only explained the bare minimum. He had a problem with a money transfer from Viator so we wasted hours going to banks for him to try to sort it out. This resulted in us being 2 hours late getting back.

5.00Muhammad, our guide, and Haldi, our driver, were kind. He explained and took lots of pictures despite not understanding English. The driver played music and entertained long-distance travel. We didn't have lunch, but they took us to a restaurant with a view of the sea nearby.

5.00Reem was an absolute dream of a tour guide extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. She knew everything about Alexandria and more. Super friendly also. Reem didn't rush us and was sooo welcoming.
