1.00We were excited for this tour & the list of activities- our driver picked us up on time & drove us the 2.5 hours to Alexandria. Once we arrived we were told two of the stops on the tour were closed (the library & the mosque) both things we were very interested in seeing. This was frustrating as we wouldn’t have booked the tour if we knew this ahead of time. On top of that we opted out for the included lunch & instead wanted to have lunch on our own, however when we told our guide Ahmed this he forced us to go to a restaurant that was over priced & only had two options. (It was called fish market) On top of that the service at the restaurant was awful, even though it was completely empty. My partner had to ask 3 separate people for water & then when my dish came it had a giant hair in it. When we were finished our guide insisted we pay him not the restaurant & didn’t accept cards. He then made us drive around to 3 different atms to get the $7 out that we were short on cash. None of the atms worked & he was being very pushy. Overall it was just a crappy experience & Alexandria is quite impoverished. Skip this tour, there are many better ones In Egypt.

5.00Hady was very welcoming, we only booked a driver as we wanted to explore at our own pace and he was very good at letting us know what to expect. Very hospitable providing drinks and snacks throughout the journey, his English was enough to get by and we spoke through Google translate further. Managed to avoid some near miss collisions - all in all a lovely day out exploring and the itinerary covered in good time.

2.00Alexandria was nice, the tour guild she just rushed from site to site, the tour finished around 2pm, started from 11am when you reached one of the sites, less than 3 hour tour. The only 15 minutes on your own or so when you are at the citadel and the library. The drive was around 2.30 or so each way with stops. Each sites only cost 200 le, get yourself to Alexandria and do it justice rather than on this "1 day" tour.

5.00The experience has really been amazing... We have had an extraordinary day, Alexandria is a wonder and the company of our driver Khaled Mustafa has been a real luxury. Apart from knowing a movie city we have met a great person.. charming, funny, friendly... I run out of adjectives to describe the day my partner and I have spent in this city accompanied by Khaled. A 10 out of 10

5.00Slightly over two hour ride from Cairo to Alexander. Excellent driver - showed a few minutes late. Safe by Egypt standards. Use google translator a must. Excellent tour guide Reem! Speaks English well. She is prompt, efficient, and attentive!
