We take you to Finca los Solis, rainforest only about 5 minutes from jaco beach. We begin the experience at our meeting point where we will be tasting a delicious sugar cane juice to head to the waterfalls Until we reach the first waterfalls To then begin a hike through the middle of the jungle crossing rivers and ropes where we can observe the other waterfalls our guide will give you a talk about medicinal plants used by the natives of Pueblo Nuevo las Monas, in addition to our flora and fauna The experience lasts about 2.5 to 3 hours depending on how much time you want to spend in the waterfalls and the natural pools are a total of 10 waterfalls and 8 natural pools for your disposal in which you can swim in them until jumping for the most adventurous.

5.00This is an exhilarating, fabulous hike and climb. Our guide Dustin was so knowledgeable about the area, the wildlife, and the plants. The climbing was a challenge at times, which made it even more exciting. You literally climb up the side of waterfalls on a rope. If you want a fabulous, learning, and unforgettable adventure, this is the place for you!

5.00First let me say that we truly enjoyed this excursion. It was a very physically demanding hike. I would really characterize it as more of a canyoning or canyoneering excursion. You will be using ropes to pull your body weight up pretty steeply angled rock faces at multiple locations. My smartwatch said that it was equivalent to 16 floors climbed and covered approximately 6 mi in total length. Would that said the waterfalls were beautiful and being able to swim in the natural pools was amazing. Our guide Jorge was amazing and he provided much assistance to a couple of the ladies who struggled in a couple of areas.

5.00This hike far exceeded any expectations we had. One of our trip highlights for sure! Charlie was an amazing guide who not only loves what he does but knows so much about plants and the area in general. After an initial walk through the creek/river bed, the hike itself was exhilarating and did involve some climbing and steeper inclines. The waterfalls were beautiful and we were able to swim in the pools at the base of each the waterfalls as well as jump into one and swim under several of the falls. Recommend sturdy footwear that will get wet - we wore light weight tennis shoes and it was perfect. The owner Jorge was friendly, communicated clear directions for us and even followed up after giving us a great tip for another activity. Finally the drink Jaxon made for us on our arrival (fresh squeezed sugarcane, ginger and lime) was the best I’ve ever had.

5.00What an amazing experience! Have to say this was our favorite tour we did during the week we were in Costa Rica. Our guide Charlie was friendly and very knowledgeable. We learned so much about the local plants and culture. The waterfalls were beautiful and while getting there was challenging at times it was exhilarating! This a must do if your in the area and love to hike!

5.00Literally so much fun! Please be adventurous and ready for an adrenaline filled hike. The tour guy was hilarious AND knowledge. We had all ages with us from 9 to late 60s and everyone made it pretty easily! Everyone was also was fit enough to climb.

5.00We were picked up from ourHotel by a very courteous and informative driver. When we arrived at the site, we were greeted warmly and treated with sugarcane juice, which was delicious and squeezed right there! Our hike was intense, but it’s very exciting. The guide was excellent and took great care of us, even though it was difficult and exciting. We had a great time when we got back to the restaurant. They had our meal all prepared and it was delicious. We encourage everyone to do this excursion if you are physically able. We are very thankful for what for the exquisite experience!
Tour is supposed to include water proof bag and pineapple for everyone through. They had none for me and I asked twice extremely

2.00Tour is supposed to have waterproof bags and pineapple to get you through a 4 hour hike where you have to go through water. They had neither for me and I asked twice - both times they said they had more at the restaurant and when we got to the restaurant they had neither. Really ruined the experience I let them know I was hungry and upset. The lunch is ok at best - i ended up just walking down the trail without the guide cause I was starving need to eat.

5.00This was the BEST excursion we did! Jorge was amazing and informative. We not only saw and learned about interesting plants we also saw the mist beautiful butterflies and a Macaw. The food is totally worth it. I strongly recommend this hike to anyone who wants adventure. You climb up rocks with ropes, swim or wade through pools and enjoy the rainforest with Jorges’ guidance
