I can’t say anything except to give this to one star review, Because the guide did not show up. Through Viator, I contacted the tour company and Viator. The company told me that the Guide had a family emergency and would not be able to complete my tour. They did not offer a substitute or any suggestions for last-minute. I understand that emergencies happen, but it should not have been on me to call them to tell them the guide did not show. I hired the company, not that particular Guide.
