I wish I could rate this 10 out of 5. Michael was an incredible guide, going out of his way to explain the historical context around food in Hong Kong, where ingredients come from, how dishes are made, etc. The amount and variety of food was far beyond expectations. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!
