Hot air balloon flights are completely dependent on weather conditions. The direction and speed of the flight depends on the wind, so sometimes there is the possibility of not flying over the archaeological site.

Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to take the balloon flight.

People under the influence of alcoholic beverages are not allowed to fly.

This was not only my favorite thing I did on my trip to Mexico City, it was my favorite thing I’ve done in my life! Absolutely magical floating above the pyramids. Hugo was our pilot and he was incredible. Would recommend this to anyone and everyone! The ride is smooth and not at all scary, so you don’t have to be a thrill-seeker to do this.

Incredible experience! Absolutely recommend to anyone visiting CDMX. They pick us up at our hotel at the exact pickup time and everything went smoothly. By 11am we were back in the city ready to continue exploring!

It was a good tour. Spent about 20 minutes in the air. I guess that is based on wind speed and how far the balloon will get blown by the wind. Very smooth ride, if you closed your eyes you wouldn't know you were in the air. The staff is very professional and efficient. I could have spent another ten minutes or so in the air.

This was an amazing experience. Started from the time the Driver picked us up at Four Seasons Hotel to the highlight (the Air Balloon Tour). The Driver was kind and courteous which made the early morning journey seamless. He was also very informative and patiently answered our queries and eased our anxiety. The actual Balloon ride was nothing short of amazing. The experience is indescribable and definitely worth the cost. Don't be deterred by not being able to speak Spanish - everyone spoke perfect English! Overall, if this is on your Bucket List - be like NIKE and JUST DO IT!
