It is cheaper option but flight didn’t even go high. It ended in 20 minutes. I would rather spend some more and get a proper Balloon ride

Absolutely horrific experience. Driver arrived over an hour late getting there and nobody would respond to us about it. We sat outside at 4:30 AM just waiting. We paid for balloon only and it was a hassle to convince them to drive us back instead of going on the rest of the tour even though that’s what we paid for. The driver then drove right past our accommodation and we had to yell to get him to pull over so we could walk back. Nobody in management would respond to us. Please use a different company.

Fantastic from start to finish balloon was lovely and seeing all the other balloons was awesome going over the pyramid highly recommend this trip 😀

What a beautiful and unique experience . Even if it’s seem early , the experience is so nice , it’s definitely a must to do if your are in CDMX .
