What To Expect

Mexico City

We will pick you up from your hotel, Airbnb or Mexico City location. We will contact you to tell you the exact time of pick up. It is important to be ready before pickup time to expedite pickup and arrive on time at our offices. If your hotel or location isn’t listed, set aside your place and write to confirm coverage, we have extensive coverage on CDMX.

You will arrive at our balloonport, receive you with coffee and cookies, have a brief explanation of the itinerary of the day and show you a security video with instructions for you to properly enjoy your experience. Afterwards, we will go to the balloon in which you fly, here you will have time to take pictures before making the flight.

The experience was seamless for my group of 5. They picked us up from our hotel and drove us to pyramids. The staff spoke English well and made sure we knew what was happening. The staff were very friendly. The hot air ballon right went right over the pyramids and circled around. They also had a photo and video service were they used a drone to capture video while we were on the ride. I come highly recommend this tour!
