  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the condition of the vehicle we rented. Despite paying for a fully functional and comfortable car, the air conditioning was not working throughout our trip. Given the extremely hot weather, this made our journey very uncomfortable and unpleasant. We expected a vehicle that would provide a reasonable level of comfort, especially considering the premium price we paid. Unfortunately, the lack of proper air conditioning significantly affected our experience and caused unnecessary stress during our travels. We hope you take this matter seriously and ensure such issues are addressed in future rentals. I would also appreciate it if you could advise on how you intend to make this right, whether through a partial refund or some form of compensation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

  This is one of a kind of experience. Our guide Yari, and Artudo our driver were fantastic. The hot air balloon’s is an incredible sight above. The breakfast inside the cave was lovely with a lot of food. We also learned a lot of the history from Carmen who showd us the different mezcals. Finally the walking tour between the two pramids was filled with information and an insight into the history.

  Amazing experience. It was the highlight of our trip and we recommend this to everyone visiting Mexico. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The tour with Graciela was fantastic, you can see how passionate she is about history and archaeology. Love it!!

  This was an incredible experience! The hot air balloon was an amazing opportunity. We got so many fantastic photos. We really enjoyed the other stops as well, especially the pyramids. We learned so much and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mexico City!

  This tour was hands down one of the highlights of our entire trip. Floating over the Teotihuacan pyramids in a hot air balloon as the sun came up was something we’ll never forget—it was peaceful, surreal, and honestly just breathtaking. The colors in the sky, the quiet of the morning, and the view of the pyramids from above made it feel like we were in another world. The whole experience was so well put together. Our balloon pilot was calm, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing, which helped us just relax and enjoy the ride. After we landed, we had a lovely breakfast (with coffee, which we really needed after the early start!), and then we headed over to the pyramids for the walking tour. Exploring the site on foot was just as fascinating. Our guide shared so many interesting details and stories about the people who lived there—it wasn’t just facts, it was storytelling, which made it all stick. We walked away feeling like we had really connected with the history. If you’re even thinking about doing this tour, just go for it. It’s one of those experiences that stays with you long after it’s over. Totally worth the early wake-up and every minute of the day.
