5.00I paid for a sunrise balloon ride. The company called and said they cannot do it but tried to compensate in other ways. Eduardo is great. Overall good experience. Pls check with the company when you book if they can honor what you are laying for.

5.00We had an amazing hot air balloon experience from start to finish. Eduardo was extremely communicative and helpful, as he sent us a detailed map weeks before the event, which made driving ourselves to the location very easy and stress-free. The team was professional and safety-focused, carefully checking our weight and thoroughly inspecting the balloons and equipment before takeoff. Everything was very well organized, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and bilingual, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our pilot, David, was experienced, licensed, and did an excellent job safely flying us over the pyramids, it was truly breathtaking. After landing, we really appreciated the thoughtful non-alcoholic toast for our kids, which made the celebration inclusive for our whole family. This was my second hot air balloon experience, and I would not hesitate to fly with this company again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, well-run, and unforgettable adventure.
