What To Expect
Your aerial adventure begins with pickup from your hotel and transfer by car to the launch site, where you'll have the chance to see the balloon inflate accompanied by unlimited tea and/or coffee. 5.00This trip was amazing from start to finish. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the location where there was Moroccan tea waiting before we went up in the balloon. The whole flight was amazing and better than expected. When we landed there was breakfast waiting for us which was delicious. I would definitely recommend this trip.

5.00One of the best experiences of my life. We had perfect weather, and everything went very smoothly. Views were out of this world. The waiting area was clean and had clean toilet facilities. We were delighted with the trip. We purchased the drone footage and also received about 30 professional photos when we received it, which was a lovely surprise. The drone footage is incredible. I’d highly recommend this tour. Our only grievance was that we were told pick up was 5:45, which I had to write to the operator to ask, but the driver was told 5:30. He arrived at 5:20 and was really annoyed when we only came down at 5:37 as we hurried to get down when we realised he was there so early. It got to things off to a negative start, I’d like to see the operator ensure they reach out to all clients with pick up times the day before to avoid this happening again.

5.00It's a very wonderful experience!! I joined this activity with a friend. We had them picked up near the hotel and the journey was very smooth. The activity itself was also very wonderful and something I could not experience back home. If you're visiting Marrakech, don't miss it.

4.00The consideration as well as the return close to our riad was appreciated. The flight itself was fine, the French pilot excellent despite the capricious weather. The on-site hospitality almost non-existent except the provision of coffee. We leave with a baptismal certificate, which is nice and breakfast. One person offered us a film of the flight with a drone for 30€, which we refused because the basic price is 90€ per person anyway, which is not negligible.A very nice experience despite everything. We recommend.

5.00Absolutely beautiful experience. Super generous food portions too. You can also pay on the day for two people 300dh to have a drone recording- great touch. The tour company communicated really clearly and picked us up on time.

5.00An absolutely fantastic morning. First time in a hot air balloon and what an experience. Pick up was seamless....45 mun journey out to launch area. Coffee and tea for all....and then we watched the balloons inflate before stepping aboard. The views were spectacular of the other balloons ( lots of them), the scenery and of course the Atlas mountains. We were up in time for sunrise...an amazing experience. When we landed we were treated to an excellent breakfast. It was then back on the minibus for the journey break to the city. An amazing experience....Highly recommend this trip, excellent value for money and extremely friendly and helpful guides and pilot.
