Our pilots are very experienced with thousands hours of flight all around the world.
Our company is licensed and operates under the rules and regulations of the Moroccan Civil Aviation Authority. We carry a full passenger and third party liability insurance.

Outdoor clothing and comfortable shoes (no heels, no flip-flops, no sandals). A cap or a hat, is, also, recommended.
Instructions:
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Have a very nice view during the sunrise and see how the sun is coming from behind the Atlas Mountains. Important remark: 6am flight will be during the sunrise 7am flight will be right after the sunrise

5.00This was very enjoyable and well organised. We were given our pickup time of 4.50am for the 6am sunrise flight the day before. Our transfer time took 30 minutes in a minivan, to then arrive to mint tea, water or coffee and cake. We then climbed into the hot air balloon for the sunrise experience which we really enjoyed. You are given the option of purchasing a video from a drone beforehand, but not pushy at all with it. We loved our experience with this company.

4.00Hot air ballon was great, small crowd in each basket and the views are amazing. You get a decent amount of time up in the air too. The breakfast experience was poor. They serve a big buffet style plate per table with a good variety of food, unfortunately it's all covered in bees. There also isn't plates for foods that should definitely have them, but maybe this is my cultural bias kicking in. Thankfully everyone in our minibus wanted to leave early so we did - no one liked the breakfast. They should really just leave it out, it put a huge dampener on what was an otherwise fantastic morning.

5.00This was one of the best activities we did while visiting Morocco! Our driver was very kind and communicative so getting picked up and dropped off was very efficient. Our pilot was well experienced and knowledgeable, giving us helpful information about hot air balloon flying during the ride. Breakfast after the ride was also delicious. Definitely worth the money

4.00Overall, we really enjoyed it. It’s an early start (4:30am), but there was clear communication about the pick up time the night before. The views were amazing, but the drone they use to take the videos was sometimes in the way. My one issue is that although we paid extra for the sunrise balloon trip, there was only one balloon flight on the day. Another couple mentioned they were booked for 7am, but were in our balloon. We therefore paid more for the same experience, which is irritating.
