What To Expect
Marrakech By Air
Enjoy bird’s-eye views of Morocco’s deserts and the foothills of the Atlas Mountains on a sunrise hot-air balloon ride from Marrakech. Ride a 4x4 to the launch spot in the early morning and drift through the dawn skies over the desert valleys and hillsides just as the sun casts them in gold, orange and pink. Then, land safely back on ground to enjoy a tasty Berber breakfast. A flight certificate to commemorate your balloon ride is also included.
High Atlas
Rise early and leave your Marrakech hotel by 4x4 with your guide. Relax inside the air-conditioned vehicle as you travel to the launch site in time for your balloon ride. On arrival, boost your energy with pastries, tea, and coffee and look on as your experienced crew prepares your balloon. Climb into the spacious basket for takeoff. Each basket accommodates up to 16 people, and there’s ample room for you to sightsee comfortably as you fly. Thrill as your balloon rises into the skies and ogle the aerial views of the desert as you float through the air. Take photos of the rocky valleys and peaks as your pilot steers your balloon over the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. Touch down safely back to ground then, take a seat in a tent overlooking the mountains and savor a delicious breakfast of Berber staples such as cornbread, pancakes, olives, fresh fruit, and mint tea. Having enjoyed breakfast. Receive a commemorative flight certificate to mark your balloon ride, and return to your Marrakech hotel by 4x4 to end your trip.

5.00The balloons in the sky, the sunrise, the pilot was very polite, professional, pleasant and friendly. She offered to take pics, gave some flight lessons and above all landed the balloon beautifully. The view up there was breathtaking. The pickup transfer was on time, the whole crew were very professional and friendly. The whole process was done in a timely manner. The before flight snacks and coffee as well as the breakfast after the flight was very good. Overall the experience was spectacular. My family enjoyed the whole experience. I recommend this company - Marrakech by Air.

5.00Very well organised, as a West African I was worried we would run on ‘Africa time’- being late lol but the driver was on time picking us up from our hotel and dropping us off. We chose the sunrise slot and it was worth it being the first ride of the day, we saw how they filled up the air balloons and had time to take some photos. The staff were very welcoming and hospitable, offered us some food and drink both before and after the flight, we felt like royalty. Pilot Reda was experienced and made us feel safe, he was also funny. Overall it was a beautiful experience well worth the money. Only downside is our basket was a little crowded so you may want to ask specifically to book a small group or private if that’s what you’re looking for, we personally didn’t mind. I would advice people to bring layers no matter how warm the weather is beforehand as it gets cold up in the sky especially in the mornings

5.00The balloon tour was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the beginning everything was well organized and comfortable. The transportation worked perfectly – you were picked up exactly on time, which gave a safe and good start to the experience. The trip to the place was quiet and pleasant, and you could notice that there was control of the details. The balloon trip itself was magical. As the balloon slowly rose, a sense of calm and freedom spread. The view over the landscape was completely stunning, and it was a very special experience to hang quietly through the air and enjoy nature from above. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, and you felt safe all the way. It was a positive experience with good service, beautiful nature and a completely unique feeling of adventure that will be remembered for a long time.

5.00Very nice experience, it was very organised from start to finish. The pastries in the morning and breakfast after was delicious. Noor was our pilot and she was amazing! Take off and landing was very smooth and safe! Must do activity to anyone visiting Marrakesh!
