  We would highly recommend Son from TSM Tours! This was the second day we booked him after an excellent first day transfer from Hoi An to Hue. He was very friendly, talkative, polite, informative and passionate about his job and country. He took us to the Citadel, two tombs, incense village, abandoned dragon waterpark and a local food stop! A tourist would never find the restaurant he took us to and trying the local food which was a highlight of the day!! It was a very hot day and Son was very thoughtful and even provided us extra water.   Would recommend this tour. As someone traveling solo with a lot of destinations spread apart, it was great to have a private driver to go from stop to stop. Shoutout to Tuan for also providing great tips along the way!

  Excellent experience with Son in Hue: just a brief trip to Kai Dinh mausoleum for our family of four, but he added a surprise extension on the way back to a little known (and very nice) view point of the Perfume River and the incense village. Also arranged a private sunset boat back to Hue from the pagoda - a beautiful send to the day. Very knowledgeable, super friendly, very good English (and taught us some Vietnamese) and hugely helpful. Highly recommended. Would definitely use again when we return to Hue or Hoi An.

  We had an excellent day out in Hue with our driver, Son. He took us to some fabulous locations including a wonderful family-run lunch spot… delicious! He spoke great English, and told us many things about the history of Vietnam and the areas we were visiting. Easy communication, with prompt responses to messages. Very safe and courteous driver on the roads, plus a lovely guy to chat to throughout the day. We booked a four location tour, but Son took us to an extra couple of locations so we wouldn’t miss out on seeing all the good stuff! Highly recommend this company. A+++

  We were recommend Son by some other tourists, and he is the best! He tailored the tour around what we wanted to see, as well as recommending us some other locations. So knowledgable and friendly! He also took us to a local spot to try traditional hue food. 10/10 experience.

  TSM tours assisted us with several tours and transfers and were amazing to deal with in every way! Communication was flawless, the cars were clean and modern, drivers were safe, and every guide spoke perfect English! We started with a private tour of Phong Na, picked up, and returned to Dong Hoi. This incredible area is unmissable! The next day we had a private driver transfer us from Dong hoi to Hue, with stops along the way at Vinh Moc tunnels and the bridge separating North and South Vietnam for over 20 years, a very touching history tour. On the same day, I organised TSM tours to collect my friend from Danang airport and transfer her and her daughter to meet us in Hue, which again was flawless. That evening, lovely Tran took us for a food tour and walked through Hue. As it is her hometown, we were able to experience things in this beautiful city that we would have otherwise missed. During our one full day in Hue, TSM organised a private driver and guide to take us on a full day tour. We caught a dragon boat up the visit the Buddhist temple, went to the Imperial citadel, learnt a lot about the history of this ancient area. Off for a lovely lunch and visit to incense village prior to transfer back to our hotel. On the final day in Hue, we used TSM to organise a mini bus for us (4 adults and lots of luggage) to transfer us to Hoian via the Hai van pass. Again, this drive offered us the opportunity of not only extrodinay views, but several stops to see more of this gorgeous country! At every point TSM tour were communicative, courteous, punctual and best of all every member of their staff were just delighfull! To top it all off, every transfer and tour was exceptional value!
