disappointment and harrasment without any reason

1.00applied for full refund i'm disappointed with this tour booking I have paid for the booking I m standing at the entry gate in too much hot weather and showing them my voucher for 2 hours and they are saying we will call police you are showing us a fake ticket you don't have any booking show us a ticket or so much more they harrased me and this shameful act is not acceptable.

5.00Review about the Bus: almost 2 hours drive with comfortable seat with free wifi, toilet inside the bus. Review about Huis Ten Bosch itself: beautiful parks and buildings inside this theme park. Many attractions , restaurants inside this theme park. Enjoy walking, also can ride free shuttle bus or rent bike for two/family. Worth to visit if stay in Fukuoka or Nagasaki or other Kyushu area
