It was a delightful trip with 3 wineries that are not so commercialised. The wines were great. During the drive, you could see wild kangaroos too. Our guide Daniel was friendly and did his best to make customers happy.

My husband is studying wine, so I looked for a winery tour to and from Sydney. Beer or cocktails on other company tours? This tour is simple, with only wine tastings, although many of them included tastings and visits to cheese shops. Also, when I looked at the list of wineries I was going to visit, I liked the fact that they only selected places that were very highly rated, so I decided to go on this tour. We are grateful for the tour, even though we were the only two participants, perhaps because it was winter this time. Daniel, the tour guide, was friendly, comfortable in his Benz SUV and, most importantly, safe to drive. Along the way, we could see schools of wild kangaroos from a distance. We were new to Australian English and I am sorry that we couldn't listen to them as well as we wanted and they spoke to us and explained things to us, but we didn't get a good response. All the wineries we took (Krinklewood, Talits and Thomas Allen) were high-level and satisfying. I remember tasting around six different varieties at every winery. However, there are no snacks unless they are optionally attached. Lunch at the restaurant Cafe Enzo (each price is separately charged) was a big plate, and the couple ordered a salad and a plate of pasta, leaving behind a little. The taste is very good. Unfortunately, the weather was mostly cloudy throughout the day, with a bit of sunshine, but also windy and chilly. Since outdoor tastings and lunches seem to be the basics, it is better to wear a down coat in winter. Finally, Paula, our star dog (Pyrenean dog, I guess?) at Krinklewood, was so cute!

From the moment Daniel picked us up at the ferry at Ettalong we were made to feel very special. We went to three wineries tasted amazing wines and learnt so much from the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and food for lunch amazing. I thoroughly recommend you contacting Coast to Cork with a group of friends, family and be spoilt by this wonderful couple

Such an amazing day spent with friends. Our tour guide, Daniel was so informative about the area and different wineries. The wineries we visited were all so different, which made learning about and tasting the different varieties such fun. The atmosphere of each tasting was fabulous. Then we had an amazing lunch sitting by the fire. I’d recommend this tour as it was so easy, relaxed and fun. It just flowed so well. I want to do it again.

The day was fantastic. Daniel was a wonderful host and we enjoyed the day immensely. We boarded the Palm Beach ferry at 9.00am and were met at Ettalong and drove to the Hunter Valley in a very comfortable mini bus. Daniel was very informative about the history of the region and took us to some amazing wine tastings where we were given a VIP treatment and taken to a lovely restaurant for lunch. We highly recommend this wine tour and would certainly do it again.
