What To Expect
Once you book with us we will be awaiting your port call date and me or one of my staff will be outside the port gate across the street holding up my company sign "Charlie's Roatan Tours" once you are out then we will start our journey to Infinity Bay Resort which is located in West Bay. Once we arrive and you are all set up and inside the resort we will agree on pick up time ? which i will be awaiting for you in the reception area of the resort. Once u are ready then we will take u safely back to your ship.

5.00On April 18, 2024, we cruised to Mahogany Bay (Roatan, Honduras). I'd previously contacted Charlie's Roatan Tours to create a personalized excursion package for the day. I told him what I would like to do and see and he put together a very economical & full of fun package for us that we absolutely LOVED!! We started our day with 16 zip lines, then we saw & held monkeys and sloths, as well as seeing some parrots, macaw, guinea pigs, a Honduran rabbit and a few other animals. We then traveled to a Mayan Chocolate place and got some info on how their chocolates are made, sampled them & bought some to bring home, then on to Roatan Rum Co. to sample some rum & rum cakes. The pineapple rum cake, Island original rum cake and coconut rum was our favorites. We brought some of each home with us. We then proceeded on our tour to about a 45 minute horseback riding session, we even rode thru the ocean!! Finally on to our last destination, Infinity Bay Resort & Spa to relax, swim, have a meal and some drinks before heading back to the ship! Charlie's uncle, Rolando, was our guide for the day, he was absolutely amazing! He gave us an island tour all along the way during the day, he stayed with us and catered to all our needs throughout the day, he even did a quick stop at the highest point on the island to show us and let us grab a few souvenirs! He was never rushy or anything like that, he told us all about things on the island and took great care of us all day! He made us feel super comfortable and safe! I would definitely highly recommend Charlie's Roatan Tours for your tour needs in Mahogany Bay/Roatan, Honduras. We had a day loaded with fun, interesting information on a new place and all at a very great price as well. This was our favorite port day on our cruise by far! We will definitely use him again in the future as well! Thank you Charlie & Rolando!! :)

5.00Infinity Bay is an amazing place. The pool is huge and the beach area is phenomenal. We were met by our driver exactly where we were told to meet. From there, we were taken excellent care of. He brought us directly to the resort, with great conversation and information along the way. We got our wrist bands and the driver actually walked us to the beach to show us the amenities. We arranged a pick up time, and he was waiting to bring us back to the cruise ship at such time. Awesome trip all the way around!!

4.00The resort was pretty good. The beach was beautiful, but the staff lacked customer service and were not very nice to my husband and I. Our guide Dave was amazing! He even took great care of us! Would definitely book with Charlie's again!

5.00Beautiful resort. Everything was lovely. Transportation to the resort was fine. We picked our own time, and had a great driver, Jorge. Missed the part about bring your own towel, but it was fine. Definitely recommend.

5.00Steven met us at the cruise port gate and shepherded us through a great a Day of scuba dining at infinity bay. Fun to talk to. Knowledgeable and really made for a great day Roatan. His English was perfect. Turns out that’s because he spent some time near our hometown of Roxbury, MA.

3.00We did an all inclusive day past this past January 2022 while on a cruise with Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas. I was not impressed. 1st they have no pool drink or food service. Just at the bar. No umbrellas except for at the tables not for lounge chairs or beach lounge chairs. Next the inclusive meal is a buffet which is all the way upstairs in the building away from everything. Next the food in the buffet is so limited…..I’m talking cold chicken fingers limited…. U could not even get a alcoholic drink at the buffet even tho they have a bar there It was a total waste of money….just buy a la cart. The pool is nice and the pizza at the bar was good….the drinks were pretty good. I would not return

5.00We did the monkey and sloth tour along with the all inclusive infinity bay resort. Charlie was our guide and he was awesome! Great at communicating before the trip, he stayed with us all day, and was very knowledgeable. We felt safe with him at all times. Highly recommend you check out Charlie’s tours. He’s very flexible and does a great job making sure you have an enjoyable experience!

5.00My boyfriend and I did the all inclusive day pass to Infinity Bay Resort. We had never booked outside of Carnival so we were a little nervous at first but Charlie answered every question within seconds and put our minds at ease. We were a little late getting off the ship but he patiently waited for us. He gave us detailed directions on where to go as we left the port and they were easy to follow. He picked us up in a clean and air conditioned vehicle and gave us a little tour along the drive. Charlie walked us in the resort and got us settled and showed us around. We set the pick up time and then enjoyed our day. As far as the resort it is a top notch and we plan to return just to stay there for a week. The staff was phenomenal and made it a great day. Quality drinks and food. Clean and spacious pool. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. Charlie was in the lobby waiting for us even before our agreed upon time. We were not ready to leave lol. He returned us to port but stopped to let us take a picture at the Honduras sign. He offered to stop anywhere we wanted to stop. This is a no brainer. We will use Charlie every time we go back to Honduras. You will not be disappointed.
