Fantastic guide, Bahri, was great. Efficient yet relaxed. Went to a couple of nice places in the old city and many delicious places on the Asian side in Kadikoy. Kadikoy street restaurants with all the chairs outside were a treat to view. And we had what I believe to be the BEST Ayran I’ve ever had. (Kimyon is the name of the restaurant) And we’ve had Aryan for every lunch and dinner all of the 6 fantastic days we spent in Istanbul.

Wonderful orientation to Turkish cuisine and customs. Ali was a font of information while being a thoughtful and gracious host. The best food tour we’ve been on and we’ve done quite a few. Highly recommended
