What To Expect
Our driver will meet you at Kansai International Airport (KIX) South Exit, holding a welcome sign after you exit customs and baggage claim. Free waiting time at the airport is 90 minutes. For hotel pick-ups, the free waiting time is 30 minutes. Late arrivals beyond the free waiting time may incur an additional charge, and if the driver has subsequent bookings, they may depart. Late-night pickups (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) incur a 2,000 JPY fee payable in cash to the driver. Vehicles accommodate up to 6 passengers and 4 pieces of 28-inch luggage (Toyota Alphard). Please confirm luggage needs in advance.

5.00Best service ever he even let me wait in the car when we arrive at the airport terminal and he go to fresh the luggage card for us driving as smooth and comfortable. The car is so luxurious and came with water bottle and a little gift from the driver.
