Kava has a very unique taste, which does take some getting used to. Allow the team to show you multiple ways to drink it, using other ingredients to improve the kava experience, without loosing the importance of its cultural significance.

What To Expect
Enjoy a behind the scenes look at a working Kava factory. Enjoy a tasting session and learn the 1000-year-old secret to making traditional kava. This hands-on experience will greatly help you appreciate Fiji’s national drink. You will also taste the different fusion flavors like pineapple, mango and chai kava. After the factory tour and the tasting experience guests will be headed to the Kava market to see how locals make a living out off before dropping off. Kava, known locally as yaqona, is a traditional beverage in Fiji that plays a vital role in social and ceremonial life, deeply embedded in the Fijian culture. It is also known as relaxant and a natural elixir due with its calming effect.

5.00i could honestly say, it was worth it. Paulina the Host was very gracious and welcoming and explained the various steps in Kava production from the farming , harvesting to the factory and the various cleaning processes involved. it was all so fascinating. my family had a great time tasting various flavours and examining the plant material and also helping in the process of cleaning . i can honestly say i am now a huge fan of Kava. Thank you Kingsmen. <3 <3

5.00KAVA Fijis NATIONAL Drink! KAVA a very important element in their culture. Had an amazing day at the kava factory. Was able to see how kava is processed firsthand and was shared the history behind it. Our host shared how important kava is in their culture. It has a deep history! After the factory tour we got to taste kava in 5 different flavors before we head out to the Kava Market to see how it sold to the public. My favorite of the tasting experience was the Kava/Pineapple. Definitely recommending this to everyone!
