5.00A great day seeing the beauty of Central Coast. spent time petting koalas and kangaroos at the reptile park and seeing many other critters. then hiking (easy hike) through the bush in the national forest to see water falls and spring flowers. all finished up at a small coastal town pub for local beer and fare. Ben was filled with Australian history and made the tour interesting and fun. Highly recommend!

5.00We spent two days touring with Ben in and around Sydney and had a fabulous time. Ben is an easy going person who feels like a friend within moments of meeting him. He is knowledgeable and engaging when talking about history, architecture, flora, fauna, and all Aussie animals we encountered (especially birds, my daughter's favorite). We spoke ahead of time about our interests and Ben was great to focus on those and answer any questions we had. Little things made a big difference such as Ben helping with car doors and seat belts, photos, and having cold water ready for us. The cathedral was closed for services and Ben even doubled back later to see if I could get a look inside. I would recommend Ben and Personalised Sydney Tours to my family and friends. If you are looking for private tours in Sydney look no further.

5.00This was absolutely wonderful! Ben was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot of cool stuff we never would have otherwise. We saw beautiful sights, and of course petting a koala and feeding kangaroos was amazing-a once in a lifetime experience for us as Americans! 100% recommend this adventure and would definitely do it again if we are fortunate enough to visit again!!

5.00Ben was such a great tour guide! We would absolutely book another tour with him (and hope to some day!). Communication before booking was great. He listened to what we were hoping to see and provided options to choose from. He was flexible and accommodating to our needs. We booked a private tour so it was just me and my son and Ben! On tour day everything was wonderful. He was on time and had everything organized. It ended up being rainy, but he had a plan and had additional options for us to consider and umbrellas. We were still able to do most of the planned tour but he always had other options available and was able to make the day great despite the weather. We loved the Reptile Park and the animal encounters he organized there were the highlight of our day! He seemed to have good connections at the places we visited and the staff were super accommodating to him and our tour. All during the day he shared interesting information which was a big part of why we wanted to do a tour. We had lots of great conversations and got to know each other. And we got to ask some of our “dumb tourist questions” about Australia and Australians. :-) I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Ben’s tours. Even tho we had a small private tour, I have no doubt he would have made it just as good of an experience if we were with a larger group.

He took us to the Australian Reptile Park, where we got to pet koalas and feed kangaroos—such a unique and amazing experience! Ben was an awesome guide—friendly, engaging, and full of interesting facts. Highly recommend looking him up if you’re visiting the area!

5.00Ben was great and made our experience memorable! He was very accommodating in swapping days when the weather was less than desirable. Our experience at the park was personalized -it was as if we were the only guests there, and he provided knowledge all day about everything we encountered. My husband and I learned so much about Australia in a single day. We could not have gotten this experience with anyone else. 100% recommend this experience with Ben!
