This was definitely an experience worth every dollar. I can not begin to explain how much fun and excitement I had from this trip. From the waterfalls I seem to riding an elephant I wish I could experience all of this again for the first time. I am already recommending my friend and family to research and come out here to Munnar. Additionally, my guide Abhi, was extremely helpful and was able to get me to each destination fast and safely.

Abhi was a wonderful host, navigated the traffic with ease so I could sit back and enjoy the view. Learning about Ayurvedic medicinal plants and spices was a highlight.

We had a great driver! He was punctual, took us on a 14-hour trip to Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls, a spice plantation (that ended up just being a small location where specific herbs were grown mainly for medicinal purposes and they try to sell you expensive herbal medicines—there were no spices for cooking), an elephant park, tea plantation, Echo Point, Manupetty Dam, and the Botanical Gardens (we asked him to take us to the Botanical Gardens instead of going through the tea museum and tea factory, as well as a textile factory). The driver was not exactly a tour guide. He was an Indian native who speaks a little English, but he was super courteous and treated us very well. We did have to pay separate entry fees to any location that required an entrance fee, and we paid a gratuity to our driver (although he did not ask for a tip, for which we were grateful because every person in India wants an extra tip for everything). Overall, we loved this trip because we could have never seen all of the places we did without getting an Uber driver at the very least. All of the places of interest are so far away from each other. The trip was a little pricey, but we would have had an extremely difficult time seeing all of the sights on our own and knowing how to navigate between them. I would recommend this trip. It was worth the investment for all of the things we experienced and saw 😁

Munnar with Abhi was very pleasant experience. Despite the long journey from Kochi, it is definitely worth it. One day trip, I think it is a good plan. Car was relatively good. AC working. Abhi is a good driver. He was very helpful with everything we asked. Locations are more tourist oriented but nice to see. We were lucky and in the tea museum the guide took only me and my girlfriend for exclusive tea factory tour. Usually they take large groups only. Tea garden photo is a must have

My wife and I had an incredible experience traveling from Kochi to Munnar with our amazing tour guide, Sijo! He stayed with us until late evening, making sure we saw all the important landmarks along the way—waterfalls, tea plantations, and more. Even though it was a long drive, he never rushed us and showed genuine care, always being attentive, careful, and incredibly servicial. His dedication made the journey smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. We cannot recommend him enough—five stars for an outstanding guide!

Thekady to Munnar (90km) is picturesque hill road through lush green tea gardens. On the way visit Herb and spice garden. They run spice shop there. Short of reaching Munnar take one hour trip to tea factory. Worth buying fresh tea of your choice from three variety of tea. Visit to Thar Goat point Eravikulum national Park near Munnar next day. Enjoy the greenery of the place and in Rains it generate romanticism. Next day one could start for Kochi about 190km. It is 4 hours from Munnar to Kochi about 190Km. The Mattupetty Dam falls on the way itself. Is a place worth spending 15 min. Before entering Kochi Visit Hill Palace museum (Closed from 130pm to 4pm). Good old artefacts of Kochi Royalty are on display. Proceeding further is Udayanapuram Subramaniam Temple is near by. While diverted myself to Koch Fort. I stayed in Dutch Bungalow Heritage Property. There are many such properties and museums in this area. Jew town and Jew cemetery are worth visiting. It is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Dutch museum, Church where Vasco de Gama was buried, Dutch cemetery and Matencherry palace are worth visiting either on cycle loaned by the hotel or local three wheeler. Evening I took Water Metro Ride to High court and enjoyed Pizza there. It is from High Court Water metro station boats are booked for back water trips from Monday to Friday. Kochi back water bank is near by has many fresh sea food eating joints and famous Chinese net foe fishing. Going back visited Lulu mall and bought Banana Chips of various flavours enroute.

It was a great experience. Thanks to Mr. Abhi for navigating us through. He guided us well from early in the morning until late at night. He also recommended ziplining along the way, which I had to forgo due to my time and courage. I was able to take some very nice pictures at the tea plantation.

Very refreshing and hospitable experience. The cab driver Abhi and the crew on the boat, Shibu, Arun and Ananthu I believe very extremely helpful and caring. The food was amazing. The only point of improvement would be that the boat ride could be longer. We were stationed for over two hours for lunch and beyond.
