We'll head to a street named Doguyasuji street. The street has contributed to "the Kitchen of the Nation" by offering various kitchenware, tableware and cooking equipment not only for individuals, but also for professionals.

Kuromon Market
Eat around as walking through Kuromon market Kuromon Market is a shopping street located in Minami, the center of Osaka City. The market got its name from the black mountain gate of Enmyoji Temple, which was located nearby. The specialty is conger eel in summer and puffer fish in winter, and about 10% of the fresh fish stores have puffer fish specialty signs. There are about 150 stores under the 580-meter-long arcade, and the street is always bustling with people. From fresh fish stores to puffer fish and soft-shelled turtle specialty stores, restaurants, and shops selling vegetables, fruit, meat, pickles, dried goods, Japanese sweets, and Western sweets, the street is packed with a variety of shops, and wherever you look, it is full of the lively energy of a market. The fresh fish stores sell skewered seafood, the fruit stores sell fresh juice, and the tea stores sell matcha soft serve ice cream.

5.00Amazing Kuromen Market walking street food tour with Noz who was great. She explained all the background to the market and we tried some really interesting and scrumptious food. We then walked through an interesting kitchen appliance arcade to Dotonburi where we saw some old temples and shrines as well as the food stores and advertising signs. Would recommend this tour with Noz:)

5.00Great variety of food and locations incl Octopus Balls and Puffer Fish. Visited several different areas including Kitchenware Street which needless needed a revised later for stocking up on gifts. Visited shrine and ended in main street Dotonbori. Nikko our guide was absolutely great and with a small group of just 6 it allowed excellent engagement and comparison of our times in Japan. Just one word of caution - the tour covers quite a variety of locations and moves quite quickly to fit so much in.

5.00Niko was the perfect guide, what a beautiful person; funny, kind, informative and generous. We tried food we probably wouldn't have attempted ourselves, puffa fish, octopus balls lol Nike guided us efficiently through the crowds, ending at Dotinburi. Highly recommend this half day tour, it's not just a food tour, there's a temple stop, japanese knife shop and a little of Osaka history. Thankyou Niko
