We took the La Candelaria, Monserrate, and Museums Bogotá Private City Tour, and it was fantastic. Our guide, Lorena, was incredibly knowledgeable and provided amazing insights at each stop—including the Museo del Oro, Botero Museum, Monserrate, and the historic La Candelaria district. She thoughtfully adjusted the tour order based on the weather, keeping us informed throughout the day and giving us plenty of time to explore each location comfortably. Lorena’s expertise and attentiveness made the experience both enjoyable and enriching. We would definitely recommend both her and this tour to anyone visiting Bogotá.

What an incredible day! I cannot believe how seven hours went by so quickly. Emilio, our tour guide was incredible! He made the day so much fun. What a wealth of knowledge he has on such a beautiful Country and City. We loved every part of the day and can’t even pick out a favorite because from the mountain top to the city to trying different kinds of fruit and walking through the markets as well as two museums, amazing!. It was just a huge wow! Wear hiking sneakers for more comfort and in case of mud.

Just wrapped up an absolutely fantastic trip to Bogotá, Colombia, and my tour with Juanes was the highlight! From start to finish, the day was great, filled with unexpected pleasantries. We explored the city's vibrant culture, from the incredible food scene to the captivating Botero Museum and Museo del Oro, where we learned about Colombia's rich history. The ascent to Monserrate (10,300 ft!) by funicular and descent by cable car was thrilling, offering breathtaking views. I particularly appreciated the representation of Afro-descendant and indigenous cultures throughout the city. Juanes was an exceptional guide, knowledgeable and engaging. This tour is a must-do for anyone visiting Bogotá. Highly recommend!

I did not get what the said was included, the description of the tour are misleading, it was rushed, I was on vacation and wanted to take my time, I was out of breath trying to keep up with the guide at the same time having to adjust to the altitude. The ended way before the time they said it should did not enter the museums as what’s included stated. The guide was knowledgeable but not engaging. I should have done it on my own. I would not do it with them again, make sure they explain what you are getting before you book.
