5.00The tour was great! Gustavo and Felipe were great! The management was not very responsive but the van showed up and Gustavo was there. The stops were very cool. Really enjoyed the Gold museum and the Botero museum of Art. Monserrate view was breathtaking and lunch was also great. Again, the management side of the tour did not relay our food chooses so didn’t have a lot of time at the top after lunch but won’t let that affect the rating!

4.00The experience itself was great. The driver and tourguide were excellent hosts. The places we visited were very interesting and the explanation by the host was very fruitful. The only point was that the confirmation email stated that there was a lunch included. And the manager of the tourguide tried to convince me, definitely not in a customer friendly way, that I have chosen not to have the lunch included. The phone conversation did not lead to any solution so I decided to end the conversation. So my conclusion is that the whole process of registering is misleading.
