Be aware: 1 - 3 pax the vehicle will be a sedan, 4 - 5 a minivan and +6 a van.
If you choose the round-trip transfer, please make sure to send the departure transfer information, including the date, flight number, and the time you would like to be picked up.
Suitcases must fit in the selected vehicle. If you believe they won't, please consider a bigger vehicle

5.00The driver was so kind, understand, and accommodating. He met us at the front and gave clear instructions on how to meet him over Whatsapp (make sure to download it beforehand). I literlaly have not gotten service like this in America since before the pandemic!! My friend told me to use this service since it's trustworthy and you won't have to pay a "tourist tax" like he did with other taxis.

2.00Transfers company routed me through 4 different drivers, each of whom canceled on me, until a fifth driver was found who actually completed the trip. I had to wait over an hour in the arrivals area for the company to find a driver, despite communicating with them via WhatsApp while in the immigration line.

3.00The service was punctual and was fine, but it was stressful the confirmation process, as I took it to get from the hotel to the airport and the app does not give that option, I had to talk to customer service and the same service operator to confirm the pickup location (10hrs before) reach to think I would lose my money. The customer and operator response was very slow

5.00We had a very smooth transfer from the airport to the hotel. A day before, a representative of the company contacted me and provided the number for Mr Pedro Ortiz, the driver. Mr Ortiz communicated with me just as we landed saying he was waiting, and I contacted him after we left the customs area. He was waiting for us, and it was a very easy transfer. I even tipped him a nice amount because he was so helpful with our luggage.
