5.0We had a marvelous day despite the weather and some problematic travel. Ben was amazing, super energetic and engaging and very inclined to share more about the Vietnamese culture. You must go kayaking (even in the rain) as it was by far the most fun part of the day. Recommend to stay the night in Cat Ba the night before. We took an early morning car from Hanoi and the trip over and back were nightmarish. Luckily, the tour company was helpful and communicative throughout the process but my goodness, JUST STAY CLOSE BY.
