4.0Easy to find the guide, however bus did leave 30 mins after scheduled departure time. In their defense they were waiting for people who had booked and hadn’t shown up yet. With all that said we did get the guaranteed 5 hours in Florence, and they did drop us off right next to our cruise ship so we didn’t have to take the shuttle back. The bus was modern and spacious. I would use this service again.

3.0The bus ride to and from Florence were comfortable. Our tour leader Ana tried to brief us about the tour on the bus, but her microphone broke down frequently. Also she repeated everthing two or three times. When we arrived at Florence, Ava led a very large group of us from one stop to another very quickly, almost completely ingnoring the fact that some were eldlery and couldn't walk well. When members asked her some questions about the first stie we stopped at, she said that talking was not her job as tour leader, but that of a tour guide (gone missing?), and that she was saddled with two bus groups having to combine into one (?). All in all a very poor walking tour of Florence. We left her before it was over to go our own way, only returning to catch the bus ride back to Livorno.
Don't bother with this .. take a ship's tour instead

3.0We took this tour from an NCL cruise ship. We had to take a shuttle into Livorno to start the tour. We wasted a lot of time taking the shuttle into Livorno and then waiting around until the tour left. In Florence, our bus parked in a parking area where there were no other buses, not very easy to find despite it being on the map we were given. The tour was less than expected. Our guide didn't have "whisper" devices, gave rudimentary explanations and didn't wait for everyone to arrive before she described things. We just had a few minutes description at each stop instead of an ongoing narrative as we walked down the streets. One of the main points of interest was blocked off because of a G7 tourism meeting ... the tour guide didn't know this until we were faced with a fenced -off area.. this should have been something that Viator was aware of and modified the tour accordingly. One bright spot was that the bus took us back directly to the ship so we didn't have to wait for a shuttle from Livorno city centre. You're far better off taking a ship tour for this one.

1.0Chaos waiting for the bus to arrive. There were no lines and once the bus came it was literally a made dash to run 3 blocks to get seats. I do not recommend
