1.00If I could give 0 i would rude staff over booked Tour misleading and misguided no information provided on walking tour its solely a transfer service if thats what you need book it be aware they will charge you 1 euro for water in 38 degree heat.
Beware if you want to go to the museum

1.00We purchased the tour that included the walking tour and the museum. Our guide booked our tickets to the museum in the middle of the tour. We waited 45 minutes for another person to meet us and walk us to the museum. We never got the walking tour. Sara was very pleasant, helpful and professional. Just think the tour wasn't very well organized. Didn't get what we paid for. Very disappointed.

5.00We arrived at our meeting destination via shuttle in Livorno and found a very organized and well set up system to transport us to Florence. We hopped on a nice clean air conditioned bus with a tour guide who took precautions to ensure all guests were on the bus when we left and had means for communication for us and with her. The tour guide also was very helpful handing out maps and pointing out key locations to visit to make the most of our time. At the end of the trip our bus driver drove us directly to port rather than making us take a separate shuttle which was the cherry on top of a stress free day!

5.00This was the perfect tour for us! The guide was extremely knowledgeable about Florence. We learned a lot on our ride to Florence. She made it easy to understand where to go and where to meet for the ride back. She even gave us an excellent lunch suggestion. We had a great shopping experience and were able to see many of the sites of Florence. Highly recommend this tour!
