Son Tra Peninsula
Monkey Mountain Da Nang is better known to the locals as Son Tra Mountain. In fact, it was the American soldiers that gave this mountain the name, Monkey, when they were there during the Vietnam War. Monkey Mountain rises high above the Son Tra Peninsula, within the Son Tra District.

5.00Wonderful, very informative guide - had a great day exploring both Marble and Monkey Mountain despite the intense heat. Good work out climbing the very steep and slippery steps at Marble Mountain but worth it to reach Heaven. They throw in a delicious lunch as well at local restaurant.
