My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed learning about how cacao and how chocolate is made! The Colombian Cacao Experience was very through, easy to walk to from brunch, and not rushed at all. I always find it a challenge to secure experiences that 12+ year olds will enjoy, and this one definitely fit the bill. By booking this experience you’ll enjoy several Cacao drinks, learn about the process from start to finish, and create your own chocolate bar(s). Book yesterday! Do not hesitate ❤️ -loclanie

It is a nice little four hour tour, where you get to learn the basics of chocolate and you get a hands on experience. It is a great experience to for the kids and very inclusive. At the end of the tour we had gotten a mocktail with Columbian rum (optional). Also we make chocolate bars and got to incorporate our own toppings.

I loved understanding the whole process. It was a way to connect with my story and what I like so much today. Thank you! It was personalized, I realized you can use every part of the chocolate.

Very detailed class about the process of chocolate-making, from bean to bar. I liked the innovative ways they used chocolate (and its components) aside from eating them. Again, I saw evidence of the Colombian philosophy of “nothing goes to waste”. Lina was our guide, and she did a wonderful job of immersing us into the culture of chocolate. Highly recommend for chocolate lovers!
