Join this wine tour from Bordeaux to the Médoc for a full day of scenic drives and wine tasting. The Médoc produces some of the most renowned red wines in the Bordeaux wine region and offers some of the best wine-tasting opportunities in the whole of France. You will visit famous classified growth vineyards and castles, where you can taste wines from the Médoc. Return to Bordeaux.
Throughout the day, you can admire some of the most beautiful chateaux in France as you enjoy three visits to wineries.

5.00A lot of time in the car, but our guide Mirela made it pleasant by always having insights on the region and the wine industry as a whole. She knew everything about wine! The stops were mainly to larger, corporate owned chateaux, and the guides there were hit or miss. I wish the visits were to more small scale operations, but the wine was good and the day was enjoyable.

5.00This was a fantastic day of touring through the Médoc region. Our guide Luigi was fantastic, and we loved every stop that we made along the way. Our only potential suggestion would be to start the tour a bit later and skip the lunch stop. In either case, each of the 3 wineries were great and we especially loved the first 2 wineries we visited. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bordeaux!

5.00A great way to sample the wines of Margaux and Haut-Medoc specifically (at least for our tour in June 2025). Each winery had something amazing to offer and seeing the Gironde Estuary up close after lunch was truly special.

5.00Informative and friendly guide drove us to three wineries, two of which we were the only group there. She was great on advising us on pricing and what to expect at each one. Our lunch stop provided a choice of two restaurants and the one we chose was excellent. Enjoyed the outside seating on a beautiful day. She was able to drop us off closer to our cruise ship, but the walk to the tourist office is easy. Highly recommend this tour!
