The time was giving at the spot was really limited. In 20 minutes time people can only go to toilet or buy a snack for kid instead of enjoying this place. The driver behaviour was really rude. He was being rude if someone come even 1 minute late. And he was starting 20 minutes once he stop the bus so basically in 20 minutes 40 people have to get off from bus go to washroom, watch the place , come back and seat in the bus. From our point of view if 40 people get off form bus and seat back which can take atlist 10 minutes. Also the language was really rude.

Both the pickup and drop-off were seamless and punctual. Our driver and tour guide, Augustine, was friendly and informative, sharing helpful insights about each location before we visited. The bus was very clean and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed the entire trip.

I participated in the Melbourne Great Road Max Highlights one day tour. The bus broke down after the driver Vance burnt out the engine despite us insisting that he stop as it was releasing toxic fumes. He confessed to us that the bus was breaking down and releasing black smoke yesterday and that his boss told him to keep driving. We were stuck in the middle of nowhere for 3 hours in the freezing cold without food or water before we arrived back at the CBD at 2am, with many people disappearing, missing their flights, resorting to hitchhiking and having trouble returning to their accommodation. I understand that these were unusual circumstances but caused great emotional distress, leaving many feeling unsafe and anxious. No compensation was offered.

We had a great day and there was some issues through out the day but Vance the driver handled them very well and did a great job I would of liked a better coach with usb charging ports but Vance let me charge my phone at the front I do highly recommend this tour but it is a long day so I would say go prepared with snacks and drinks and a battery pack
