  Absolutely atrocious, this was booked for my parents anniversary, they changed the pick up time then refused to let my parents on because their ticket which was downloaded from Viator was ‘not enough proof’ i had been messaging the manager who has now blocked me.

  We flew into Miami' early the day before our cruise and wanted to be able to get s taste of the city. This combo tour was a great way to see several sites in one tour and I think it was a great value for the price. The small tour size was also nice and our guide Jay was outstanding. His passion and knowledge of the city really came through during the tour. The boat tour was also nice but we really enjoyed the city tour! Thank you Jay for showing us around the city!

  We really enjoyed the variety of sights we saw, but were particularly pleased with our guide Will - he was excellent and very accommodating. We recommend this tour, especially for those who want to see as much as possible within a limited time frame.

  I booked this tour for my wife and I because of all the good reviews for our first time in Miami. I hope our experience was only an anomaly. A "one-off." I really wanted to write a good review but what could have been just an unfortunate turn of events turned into a $#!T Show due to the way it was handled. I am in hospitality and do understand that sometimes things just happen. AC's go out w/o notice. How a business responds is the most important thing. Do you ignore it or face it head on? Nope. It's only about profit. We were put on a bus with no AC. The heat was overwhelming. EVERYONE was VERY hot including the tour guide. Instead of taking immediate action, this continued for TWO hours until we were verging on getting sick due to the heat. We finally pulled over and only then did they try to get us another bus to continue the trip. We waited for at least 1 1/2 hours standing on a sidewalk for the other bus to show up and then it only took us back to the starting point. My wife and I stayed on the bus to see how things would turn out instead of taking a cab back to the starting point like others did. We were NOT offered a discount or refund even though the tour was discontinued half way through. We were offered a free BS photo that we would not have purchased anyway. You know, they take your picture at the beginning and then try to get you to buy it for $20 at the end. What SHOULD have happened is we should have either been put on another bus after ten minutes or the tour stopped and been given a full refund. Nope. I finally told the driver to roll down his window to get some air into the bus. No other windows opened. The guide was very nice and we wanted to be understanding. Things happen but they must be handled the right way. He was in charge of the group, made bad choices, and kept saying it was not his fault over and over. Yes, the AC was not his fault, but everything done after that was on his company and his training and on him. They chose profit over people. So, since we also had already paid for the boat tour, we opted to continue this adventure. The Boat was just as hot and uncomfortable. Why can't you already have the bus and boat running and cool BEFORE people get on, huh? Is it that hard? I guess it must be. Seriously, I am sorry to leave this review. I wasn't going to leave one at all. However, the company needs to know that they need to handle things very differently the next time this happens. Because it will, eventually.

  It is a very pleasant and entertaining tour.. He showed us places out of the ordinary to other tours Tomy excellent tour guide and very good driving lady chauffeur .PD there was uncoordination at the pickup point.

  Tour guide was fun, considerate, kind, and knowledgeable. Would recommend signs designating pick up spot for this tour since there are several other tour groups. It was confusing knowing which tour group to meet up with.
