What To Expect
Duration:2 hours
Operating Schedule:Departures every 30 minutes from Stop 1 (Bayside Marketplace) starting at 9AM until 4PM. Alternatively, guests can board the bus at any of the stops along the route. Customers are advised to visit the Big Bus website or to download the Big Bus app to see the most up to date bus stop locations and timings. For live bus tracking on the day of travel - please download the Big Bus App in advance of arrival.
Stop 1 - Bayside Marketplace (metro bus stop in front of Ben's Pizza)
Stop 2 - South Beach (Metro bus stop in front of CVS Pharmacy)
Stop 3 - Soundscape Park (metro bus stop opposite the Greenview Hotel)
Stop 5 - Mid Beach/RIU Hotel (metro bus stop in front of the RIU Hotel, between 31st & 32nd St)
Stop 6 - North Beach/Fontainebleu & Lexington Hotels (metro bus stop in front of the Lexington Hotel)
Stop 7 - Design District/Midtown (metro bus stop located right beneath the overpass/bridge)
Stop 8 - Wynwood Walls
Stop 9 - Downtown/Holiday Inn (metro bus stop near corner with NE 3rd St, near Holiday Inn)

1.00They drive off in our faces. The bus driver had literally just closed the doors as we walked up, looked at us and gave us a nasty look and drove off. This customer service is unacceptable for a company like this, it would have taken him 1 minute to let us on the bus, instead we had to wait 30 min for the next bus to show up.

5.00Our flights got canceled due to weather and we were not originally planning to stay in Miami so we had nothing planned and had done no research on the area. The Bigbus tour is always good way to get to know the area and see some of the main attractions.

1.00As many of the reviews have already stated, the buses this company uses are very old and things don’t work. If you want to sit inside, the air conditioning (or even vent) doesn’t work. The doors don’t work so the driver needs to close them manually which requires him to pullover frequently. By the end of our time on the bus it was smoking so badly the driver needed to call for assistance. My recommendation would be to use a different company if you’re interested in a hop on hop off. Perhaps this will encourage this company to upgrade their equipment.

2.00I’ve used hop on hop off in other countries but this one the headphones didn’t work. They don’t stay in ur ears and the stops are not in ideal locations meaning there is some walking involved. There are other options I saw while on this bus and I would suggest checking those out they seem to have more stops

1.00It was raining that day and both buses we were on leaked terribly. There were towels out so they clearly knew it. We were dripped on entire trip. Not as good as other hop on hop off buses as there aren't as many points of interest.

5.00IF YOU FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. We picked 48hr pass with boat and night bus cruise. The Hop on at any stop and off at any stop is great to have we got a 48hr pass. If it rains expect the bus to be crowded as no one wants to be soaked up top. Grab a pair of headphones out of the basket when you go on the bus. The staff was friendly. See the staff at stop 1 for your boat ticket to be printed out the proceed to the boat 30 mins before it leaves to get a good seat. They also show you the stars houses. The night bus ride was fun very informative. It was a rainy day, and we still had a good time. I recommend this tour. We will take it again, when we come back this way.

2.00The taped narration did not go with what we were seeing and the stops. We have ridden similar buses in the past that have "in person" narration and this is much preferred as the personal anecdotes and perspectives make it enjoyable. Bus drivers were not friendly. Would not recommend.
Cruise Great, but Hop Off the Bus!

2.00The bus was awful. It was so crowded, hot and uncomfortable. We didn't see any signage that there were headphones, so for the first part of the ride we were bewildered when there was no commentary. We finally noticed people with headphones and saw someone else getting them. But of course if you have to stand having a pair of headphones makes no difference, you miss it all. At the first stop we tried to get up to the top, but only two of four of got a seat. When we got back downstairs, there were no seats left and we had to stand. At the second stop we got off and never got back on, so that part was a waste of money. We ubered to the next stop, and were very disappointed we didn't get to see much. If the fans had been going while stopped we may have been able to ride the entire route, but it was a miserable time. Been on these types of busses before but never had this awful experience. As for the cruise, that was great and gets 5 out of 5 stars. The staff were great and informative, and we enjoyed seeing all the islands and beautiful homes.
