Please know traffic is heavy and parking is limited after 12pm on Fridays, weekends and holidays. If you are driving into South Beach please allot additional 45 minutes to enter South Beach and locate parking as some garages may be full and you will need to drive around to locate street parking. ALSO please check traffic advisory on Internet for any traffic delays.

Tour continues in rain or shine (except for Hurricanes Watches or Warnings). In the event of rain, we keep you indoors most of the time. Be sure to carry an umbrella or rain poncho to walk in between buildings. Statistically, rain showers do not last more than 20 minutes.

Great tour. Very knowledgeable tour guide - James. Lots of great information on the history of Miami Beach. We were able to go inside many of the lobby of the old hotels which often you don’t get to do on walking tours. Walking pace was not too fast so good for all ages. Flat easy terrain. Well worth doing this tour early in your stay.

Janinha was absolutely fabulous. I don’t think I’ve ever been on a tour or the leader has been so knowledgeable, willing to take questions, willing to slow down if we wanted to take a picture etc.,was she was just fabulous!

This is a must tour when you visit South Beach. Starting at the Art Deco Museum, we toured around the immediate area, visiting over 15 wonderful hotels. We were fortunate enough to have James Cuddy as our guide, who bought the history and detail in the architecture to life The tour was quite easy walking, (approx 10,000 steps), stopping every 100 yards or so. Try and request James Cuddy - let’s walk!
