I had messaged this tour operator that our ship would be tendering passengers to shore. When we arrived, he had to be called by another tour operator to inform him that we were on shore. He was waiting in the wrong location. Although he was a very nice gentleman, he was totally unprepared to be a tour guide. He had limited knowledge of the locations and points of interest. If I didn't ask questions we would not have received any information. He crammed two couples into a small sedan and drove very fast to get back to a second tour that he had scheduled. We were picked up at 9:15 and returned at 12:45, but he had scheduled the second tour for 12:00. Those people were left waiting on the dock for 45 minutes. The tour was advertised as 4 hours . Shuttle Tours appears to be mainly a taxi service. They did not acknowledge messages and certainly appeared not to even read them. I strongly suggest to book with your cruise ship, or rent an automobile for the day , it would actually be cheaper for two people.

Horrible tour guide. Went back to meeting point after leaving to pick up people for a different excursion. Spoke broken English & gave very little information on what we were seeing. Car & windows were dirty.
