To us, It’s about an experience. It’s about the welcome on arrival and departure, it’s about the unexpected joys, the feel good music, finding the fairy doors, walking under an 80 year old kiwifruit vine tunnel, patting a friendly giant rabbit while you putt around it, a sudden explosion of bubbles flying overhead, the world class native garden, the light shows, tranquil and serene in parts, and swarm techno lights in others, it’s a journey of experiences. It’s about standing on large volcanic rocks and admiring the 2,000 year old Rata stump from which water cascades into the pond as smoke billows out from within. This is why it is not unusual to have repeat visits of up & over 3 times while visiting, each experience is different and people leave feeling good!

Mini Golf with Rabbits in Rotorua is a fun experience, offering a unique twist on traditional mini golf. The course itself is fairly basic, but it's definitely charming, with some creative touches and fun holes. The real highlight is the opportunity to interact with the rabbits, however we did not see any hopping around the course. While it’s a fun activity for families or casual visitors, the course could use a bit more maintenance, and some areas may feel a little worn down. But overall, it’s a good way to spend an hour or so, especially if you're in the area looking for something different and lighthearted. Not a must-do, but a solid option if you’re looking for something easygoing.

This was an awesome mini golf course to do with the kids, we had a lot of fun! However the experience dealing with Viator (this platform, not the mini golf place!) was incredibly frustrating, I would not recommend buying passes from this platform.

We took our 10 year old ganddaughter on a brief holiday to the North Island of New Zealand. Her favourite experience was mini golf with rabbits! The thermal wonders of Rotorua and Maori culture were fascinating but the rabbits won her heart.
