Chef Rob was a warm, welcoming, excellent teacher. The level was perfect and the focus was on techniques and conceptual fundamentals that helped us understand how to be more efficient and more importantly more creative. Chef Rob taught more than the "how" he explained the "why." In the end we sat down and tasted the amazing complex flavors and luscious dishes he'd taught us to make. He also made some restaurant recommendations that were wonderful . . . . food, service, location. Couldn't not have been better. Thank you, Chef Rob!
