To begin your tour, your friendly local guide will meet you outside St-Viateur Bagel. For your first tasty snack, you'll try one of Montreal's famous fresh bagels, a staple of the city's cuisine.

Next, you'll head to your second food stop to sample Quebec's most iconic dish, poutine. This Canadian delicacy of french fries topped with gravy and cheese curds is a must-try while in Canada.

Afterward, you'll take a break at Jeanne-Mance Park, located at the edge of Mont Royal, to learn about Montreal’s history and have some time to digest your first two stops.

The tour continues through Mile End to Schwartz's Deli, one of Montreal’s most famous restaurants. Here, you'll savor a Montreal Smoked Meat Sandwich before heading to the final stop.

To conclude the tour, you'll indulge in a sweet dessert, the perfect way to wrap up a food tour. By the end, your tour will finish, and your stomach will be fully satisfied!

  • Not really as advertised

This was not really as advertised. There was a great deal of food - too much in too short a time - and not a great deal of information about Montreal. The advertised walk takes you from St Viteur area down to Notre Dame - our tour did not. It stayed up in the St Viteur area (which was lovely) but just not enough walking between food stops. We ended up taking away a lot of the food (so dinner and lunch the next day!). Our guide was very lovely but not knowledgeable at all

The portions are huge and it was rushed. Our guide did not provide any interesting information. She was not knowledgable about the food or the neighborhood.

  • Family and food.

Excellent food. Even better guide! We had cannoli, and bagel, and poutine, and Schwartz smoked meat and gnocchi. All very tasty, and more than we could eat. It was wonderful!

Our original tour was cancelled due to thunderstorm, but as soon as the weather got cleared, our guide, Mostafa, got in touch with us and rescheduled the walking tour to a driving tour. We visited the restaurants and tasted not only the food stated in the itinerary but also additional cuisine from different cultures. Mostafa is knowledgeable about the city and the foods he recommended are all very delicious. We would definitely recommend this food tour to anyone who plan to be in town and love great foods.
