Great trip but it is seasonally dependent. The weather did not cooperate as it was rainy and foggy, however there was enough to see that it was not a total loss. Next time I would do it a little closer to summer or early fall. The guides were great and very knowledgeable. Lunch was worth the extra.

On the whole good day but last stop at tossa del mar a waste of time so choose to see Girona and Monsterrat without this element

Overall it is a good tour. The weather was uncooperative which impacted the quality of the tour, but not at the fault of the guides. Jimena tried to make it the best she could given the rain. Our last stop in Tossa del Mar was disorganized due to the unexpected parade which made for a lot of confusion. The downpour of rain didn't help either. We lost 2 guests while taking a bathroom break. Thankfully, Jimena and her co-guide made sure we stayed until they were found. There was a lot of information about the stops during the stops but not a lot of information while traveling about landmarks we were passing along the road. All in all, though, it was a good tour.

Check the weather and the local events before going. The trip to Monserrat was fabulous - and the guides were friendly and knowledgeable - however, it was pouring rain in Girona and it was all on foot and not undercover. Our guide kindly purchased rain ponchos but it was difficult to enjoy the tour. When we got to the costa brava town, we couldn’t visit the beach because there was a carnival blocking the road - it became chaotic, there was no public toilet access after an hour on the bus and the guides had no plan for such an event. Because of the chaotic weather and unplanned stopping, two tourists were left behind and no one noticed until someone on the bus saw they hadn’t returned. All of this could have been avoided if the tour company had checked the local events before and selected a different costa brava town or reversed the tour so we did that first and avoided the carnival. We certainly enjoyed what we saw and liked our guides very much but customers should be warned to pack wet weather gear and perhaps a bit more local planning would be good.

We were on our way to the tour. We were running 5 minutes behind and in a cab. I communicated to the tour company and they said they would wait. When our cab pulled up to the bus, they left. We were the only cab in the road and the pulled away. We would like a refund.
