Welcome on board!
Embark on a once-in-a-lifetime day trip to Montserrat from Barcelona and explore Catalonia's most famous mountain range.
Take in the panoramic views of the mountain scenery as you ride our air-conditioned bus and discover the history of its medieval monastery by the hand of our passionate guides. Then, enjoy free time to explore on your own.
You'll continue towards a beautiful boutique winery (only if Tapas or Lunch options). The cellar also happens to be a 10th century castle owned by the same family for 36 generations with magnificent views of the mountain you just visited. Savour traditional flavors with a light tapas brunch or enjoy a multi-course traditional lunch at the winery (depending on the option selected). After that, learn about the wine-making process, and enjoy a wine-tasting session before traveling back to Barcelona.

We have visited Barcelona before and decided to do something a little different. We came across this Monserrat and winery tour by Castle Experiences and our experience was educational, enlightening and enjoyable! We were greeted by Leia who was friendly and gave us good information about the site of Monserrat. We were then left to our free time which allowed us to explore the beautiful scenery at our own pace. For the latter part of the day we were greeted by our new guide Carlos. He was enthusiastic, humorous and gave us a really personalised experience to the winery due to the smaller group which we found ourselves in. We really enjoyed the day and honestly believe our experience was 5/5!!!

Very informative, excellent food, wine and sights. Very glad I did the full-day experience! There was even time to take the funicular up the mountain and walk down.
